My Review of Crown:
I took my Kia Optima in for what I thought would be warranty work. The left rear disc brakes were grinding and my car only had 43,000 miles on it and I've never gone through a set of front brakes yet. Plus most of those miles are freeway with little braking. Turns out they felt there was nothing wrong with it, just regular wear and tear. However they wanted to charge me $423.00 for new pads and new rotors. I took it somewhere else where I was told my emergency brake cable was just a bit too tight. They put on new pads and turned my rotors, the total cost was $89.00 and they fixed the actual problem. It was bad enough they were trying to get out of having to honor my 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty but they wanted to really take me for every penny on the repairs I shouldn't have had to pay for anyway. Oh well, I'll never go back.
