My Review of Crown's BMW:
Ever since Primo sold the dealership, it hasnt been the same. We bought a new jeep there about every 5 years, and always received good service. He sold the dealership, and I believe it has since traded hands a few times. It takes 2 weeks to get your bmw into the shop...remember thats why you pay primo for one of these luxury cars. We had an m3 covertible, and contiually looked into a 7 series but were put off by the service, then the last one did us in. We took the m3 covertible in, after waiting 3 weeks (when we couldnt drive the car) and then they had to order the part (even though they new the exact part before the car was brought in), that took 2 weeks. 5 weeks with out a loaner or the use of our $$$$$$ car. A week later we sold the M3, bout a S500, and an Sl 500 from Jackie Cooper, we have since added a Cayene S. Looks like someone missed out. I would not recomend buying a BMW or Audi in this town. If you do, find a place to service them other then the dealer.

My Review of Crown's BMW:
I went in to look at an M3. I'm 28 years old and I was dressed pretty casually ( jeans and T-shirt) but I had already bought two cars (330i & Z4) with them before and had decent experiences, but this time they treated me like crap. I was there 45 minutes and they never once asked me if I'd like to sit down, they had me stand in the lobby the whole time. They acted like I couldn't afford the car and claimed they'd "lost" the keys to an M3 I wanted to test drive. I'll never buy there again.

The service department on the other hand has been really great to deal with.
