"desrecpetful service department"

I ook my chev in to have 2 recalls fixed I waited 58 minutes after my schedule apontment to be taken care of. They were going to charge me a labor to fix my car. I placed to calls to Gm and they reached put to the dealer and when I went to pick up my car the service manager berated me in font of two customers. One service person said "You cna call GM we dont care". GM has been geat working with me in this case its just th dealeship.

"Their customer service and quality of service is..."

Their customer service and quality of service is pathetic. They are bunch of liars thinking that customers dont know anything about the car so that they can rip them off. I gave my car for coolant flush and got back my car without filling enough coolant in it. And another time, got the car with a dent in the hood and they did nothing to solve it. Customer Relationship manager is a 100% liar. Looks like he doesnt know the meaning of the term "Customer Relationship"
