My Review of Curry Acura Chevrolet:
I bought MDX on 2001 and RL for my dad on 2005. Since then I bought BMW X5 from a dealer in NJ. Looking back, I must say I was well treated at Curry Acura on both sales and service comparing to BMW dealers. Yes, I went to several BMW service centers because one would treat me like if this X5 would be the last car I would buy for my life and when I went to the other, they simply treat me like a dirt.
I remember when I had a small rattling noise coming from the back of the MDX. Three service men got in the car, including the rep crouching down at the back of the car, and drove around until they found the source of the noise. Also remember when the heating unit broke about 5000 miles past the warranty, when I complained, they replaced it for free.
And the sales people including the manager will do their best to make the deal in professional and friendly manner.
You can't find these kind of service in BMW dealers. They think they will keep on selling BMW even with crappy service. Well think again, I probably will be buying 5 or more cars in the future but BMW will not be on my list. Oh, by the way, BMW cars are assembled in South Carolina, not in Germany like the sales person told me.
