My Review of Curry Auto Group Ford/Subaru/Honda:
We bought a used truck from them. According to the purchase contract, a defect on the truck was supposed to be fixed prior to delivery to us. We have been in the service department eleven times in the seven months we have owned the vehicle. Out of those eleven service visits, five visits were for the defect we had asked to fix on the original purchase contract. We have contacted the general manager by telephone and certified letter. He does not respond to us. The other managers we spoken with just mock us and brush us aside. We feel that they are not living up to their Ford label "Blue Oval Certified Dealer". They continue to fight us on a refund of our lemon used vehicle we purchased from them. Do Not Go To Them. They do not care about the quality of their service to customers. They are disgracing the Ford name.
