My overall experience with DCH was extremely pleasant. I found the Sales Person (Basith) and his managers true sales people and really wanting to help customers.

I have bought a 2006 Honda Civic EX Used car and my only complaint is not having second key. I was given only ONE key and was not told that the car will be sold with only one key. My problem is that I can only have it from Honda dealer now!.... I would be really happy if I am provided with a second key by DCH Toyota. Thanks.

I just wanted to share my wonderful happy experience with others. I came to Toyota looking to purchase a vehicle and found myself being waited on hand and foot by this dealer. They really exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. I wasn't sure what I truly wanted when I walked in but Mr. Scherzer really helped me anaylize and figure out what my needs were. Mr. Scherzer treated me as a son and made me feel so warm and welcome. I felt as if I got A++ service and a wonderful deal on my used Tacoma. Mr. Scherzer helped me realize that I needed to purchase a vehicle that I need, not want. We all want everything but he helped me see what I would actually get the most use out of. This truck fits me to a T! After I brought my truck home, not only was I getting comments about how wonderful it was, but how it truly fit my personality. I can honestly say Mr. Scherszer really read me well and knew who I was after only speaking with me for 1 day. He truly was a wonderful salesman, (and i hate salesman) and he really made me feel comfortable and confident in the overall sale. He even sent me an email on my birthday. That's respect. Thanks for a wonderful transaction and a wonderful experience Mr. Scherzer, I feel like I now have a father in the business. I will be refering Mr. Scherzer along with DCH Brunswick Toyota on Route 1 to all of my friends and family.

THE CR was gud, helpful. Did the most he could to have me get through with the deal.The finace was also fine I hope they stand up to there words and there is nothing hidden when i come to serivcing of my car.

The car had some iles so please make sure that the car tht u intend to sell has less miles on them so that we as customer have the feeling tht we are rdriving a car with 0 miles on it. ( I had 167 miles on it).

Recently I brought in my Sienna for service, the overall experience was very pleasant. The wait time was just as Mr. DeAngelis said it would be. When you have 2 children(under the age of 5) with you, wait time is not always enjoyable. The waiting area was entertaining to the kids and kept clean (BIG BONUS!!) Mr. DeAngelis was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Because of all of this we will be using this dealership from now on for our service needs. Thanks for a great employee!

Just wanted to write about my experience.... I own several cars including 2 Toyotas that I purchased in NY. When I moved to Jersey your dealership was recommended highly to me by my inlaws. I met Mike DeAngelis in my first day and felt like I knew him forever. He is the main reason why I use your dealership. He treated me like a longtime friend when I actually knew him for 5 minutes. My next car purchase (for my wife) will be from you guys because of Mike. I actually look forward to something going wrong or a maintence schedule just to stop by and say hello to him. Thanks again for employing such a good guy and having a great dealership that knows how to treat people right!!!

Couldn't be happier with the service. I am the owner of a non toyota product (VW) purchased through another dealership. I was quoted a very high price for a simple brake job at the VW dealership. I decided to contact Mr. DeAngelis about the price as I had a very positive relationship with him from a previous Toyota purchase. He confirmed that the price was way above norm and even offered to had the service done at his facility. I wound up saving a few hundred dollars in the end.

What a professional, to take care of an old customer and do it right. My car is due for replacing in a few months and I will be sure to buy a toyota and continue a long and valuable relationhip with Mr. DeAngelis.

My Review of DCH Brunswick Toyota:
The Camry I had purchased prior to my relocation to New Jersey was making strange noises upon start-up. Though the noise would soon stop once the car was moving, I was concerned about what might be happening under the hood. I visited DCH Brunswick Toyota at the suggestion of a colleague at work and was greeted by Mike. He assured me that the technicians would take a look and try to determine the cause of the strange noises.

After only a short wait, Mike told me that a minor adjustment is all that was needed. My car was quickly repaired and returned to me, and I was on my way. The cost was unbelievably fair and the peace of mind is invaluable. DCH has a new customer. Thank you.

My Review of DCH Brunswick Toyota:
I was on my way home from hockey practice when I got a flat tire on my Sienna. I made a call the next morning and was able to drive it over for repairs. Mike Deangelis was my service rep. He was friendly, knowledgeable and curtious. He notice that as a frequient DCH Brunswick Toyota customer that it also was time for an oil change. Mike went over very clearly with me what was going to go on with my car while being serviced. I was told that it was going to take about 2 hours dur to the fact that it was a very busy day. I was provided coffee, bagels, newspapers and internet service. The waiting area was clean, organized and well lit. Not that I needed, I noticed a nice childrens area that my wife would use with our kids when she brings her Rav4 for service. The cost of my bill was less than expected. I was treated fair and not treated like a "sucker" but a person. It was a work day and they understood that I needed to get back as quick as possible. I was given possible options for my car for a future service. I will as I have in the past recommend DCH Brunswick Toyota to my friends and family.
