My Review of DCH Brunswick Toyota Scion:
I was on my way home from hockey practice when I got a flat tire on my Sienna. I made a call the next morning and was able to drive it over for repairs. Mike Deangelis was my service rep. He was friendly, knowledgeable and curtious. He notice that as a frequient DCH Brunswick Toyota customer that it also was time for an oil change. Mike went over very clearly with me what was going to go on with my car while being serviced. I was told that it was going to take about 2 hours dur to the fact that it was a very busy day. I was provided coffee, bagels, newspapers and internet service. The waiting area was clean, organized and well lit. Not that I needed, I noticed a nice childrens area that my wife would use with our kids when she brings her Rav4 for service. The cost of my bill was less than expected. I was treated fair and not treated like a "sucker" but a person. It was a work day and they understood that I needed to get back as quick as possible. I was given possible options for my car for a future service. I will as I have in the past recommend DCH Brunswick Toyota to my friends and family.

My Review of DCH Brunswick Toyota Scion:
I drove into the lot at DCH Brunswick and Juan Gallego was instantly at my car asking what he can do for me. he was extremely professional and courteous. He was very helpful in determining what was wrong with my car. He then wrote everything up and told me he would keep me informed.

The waiting area at DCH Brunswick was very comfortable and clean. They provided bagels, coffee, gourmet teas and hot chocolate for free. The also have a variety of vending machines and ice cream available. They also provide a variety of reading materials including the local newspapers and USA Today. There is also a television provided for entertainment while you wait and a well equipped children's play area with a separate television and video game system.

Michael DeAngelis, the Service Manager, made sure that everything was ok, and was also very professional. He really is a great Manager and runs a great shop!

I would recommend DCH Brunswick in North Brunswick, New jersey as a service center.

They were very knowledgeable and very friendly. David was very knowledgeable and he answered any question that i had and answered them promptly. The car that i have now leased is amazing. i am extremly happy with toyota and their staff. when i got to the car it was clean and look amazing. i am extremely happy with DCH Toyota and their staff. i will deffinitly be coming back to buy my next car.

My 1st meeting was quite good. But the follow-up on the same day was not so good. Again the next day, I felt that the communication was somewhat like take it or leave it devoid of the previous day logical discussions. Anyhow, as I had alreday made up my mind to get the car that day I indeed bought the car. I am satisfied with the pricing.

I would have preferred that the sales person had returned my calls the previous day giving me a response for my earlier request.

In short I was looking for a honest direct deal, which I belived took place in my 1st visit. But I did not see that in my 2nd visit.

Excellent service. No hassles.. Explained whole vehicle, even before asking if it was the choice of interest. Friendly staff... Quick negotiations. Took care of delivering leased car back to other dealer.. Full tank of gas, didn't let me leave until all the car functions were explained.

My ratings are based on my experience with DCH and various other dealers. I have visited several dealers, internet site and other sources to do research. So I know what price I should have paid for the car. Due to dealing with the various dealers and sales, I know DCH was the only place where I saw sales people were trained and know what they are doing and saying. Customer service was excellent because my sales person Abdul Basith was very courteous and serious about making the deal. I am a difficult customer but he remained patient throughout and was persuasive in good way and did the follow up properly. He committed to find a car for me and he did find one within given time. I will recommend Basith to anyone.

Sales Manager Zahid was equally helpful and open. I didn’t feel any problem trusting him.

I would also like to say that unlike finance manager at other dealers, finance manager (Barry) was easy going and never pressurized me or lied about anything.

Another good thing about the dealership is that sales people are trained unlike other dealers who get people from street and for get to train them

The service that Jenny provided for my husband and I was worth the trip in from Staten Island. The service department was very clean and efficient. Jenny made every attempt to make us comfortable while we waited as did most anyone who crossed our path that day. As a working mother of 3 there is little time to have the car serviced. I have been dealing with Mr. DeAngelis for 18 years. I drive 1 hour each way to have my vehicles serviced since he was transfered to this location. My wife and my self just purchased 2 new vehicles from Dch Brunswick Toyota only becuase of Mr. DeAngelis. I am so please he is in new facilty that can accomidate customers in the manor he has always accomidated me and my family. I recommend any one who has been mis treated by any other dealer to go to Dch Brunswick Toyota and ask for the Service Manager Michael DeAngelis he will treat you like family.
