Jesus was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and took the time I needed to answer all of my questions and demonstrate the features of the vehicle for me. I certainly will recommend the dealership and also recommend Jesus. Jesus also politely followed up with me numerous times during the sales process to ensure I had everything I needed when it came time to pickup the car. I have never had a better buying experience in my life. Thank you for making this a great day for me and my family.

My Review of DCH Freehold Toyota Scion:
My car leasing experience at DCH Freehold Toyota Scion was absolutely first rate. My dealings over a two-day period with sales (Ian), management (Kim) and finance (Levi) were especially pleasant and free of aggravation. All three people deserve to be complemented for their courtesy and professionalism (especially Kim who structured a very reasonable lease arrangement for me on a 2010 Toyota Camry LE). I would not hesitate in recommending DCH Freehold to anyone presently thinking of purchasing or leasing a Toyota product.

My Review of DCH Freehold Toyota Scion:
After visiting several dealerships in northern NJ and not being very impressed with the level of customer service I was recieving, my girlfriend suggested that I go to the Freehold Toyota dealership. I am glad that listened to her and chose to come to this dealership.

We were treated in a very polite and professional manner throughout the process. The entire process went through very smoothly. John Suell was very friendly and easy to work with, he answered all questions we asked.

The rest of the staff that I dealt with, Nancy Lippel (Business Representative) and Levie Frank (Finance) were very courteous and friendly as well. They answered all my questions and all assurances given to me were up to the mark and everything worked out for me as promised without having to go through the agony of dealing with hidden clauses and fine prints.

The deal I got was superb. I highly recommend this dealership and will surely inform my friends and family about my great car buying experience.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I had a wonderful experience at DCH Freehold Toyota. The Salesman, Ron was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and really took the time the make sure we understood everything. I really feel he helped in whatever way he could. The Finance Manager, Levie was knowledgeable and helpful as well. He explained everything very well to us. The overall experience was enjoyable.

All the sales, finance and managers I dealt with were friendly and courtious. It was the first time I have ever had a pleasent car buying experience. I agreed on the price of my car before I got to the dealership with all the options I wanted and they had the car ready for me to test drive. I would highly recomend them to anyone in the market for a Toyota.

My Review of DCH Freehold Toyota Scion:
Well truth be told, I called to try to find out about the RECALL, and was quite upset about how the News on TV was portraying "TOYOTA", my first contact was with a wonderful woman by the name Nancy Lippel, I was so upset, and was concerned about even driving my Camry which I purchased about 1yr ago. She immedietly calmed me down, and made me feel so comfortable with Toyota & DCH, she assured me that if I had any problems at all, that I should bring my vehicle in right away, but since I wasn't having any problems, she checked my VIN# and assured me I was OK,because it had a "J" in the front of it, it meant it was built in Japan, so all was good. She took the time to LISTEN to me, and my hysteria,and crying, being a young Mom, I was so worried about driving with my young child in the car, she explained that she was a Grandma, and knew what I was feeling.
I just wanted to say to the General Manager of DCH, "GOOD JOB", for hiring such a wonderful, and caring human being to represent you, she is the apitomy of "Customer Service."

My husband and I were very impressed with John Bishop and his colleagues at Freehold Toyota Nissan. Our entire experience - from the moment we walked in to the minute we walked out of the door with our new car was just flawless. We were treated with professionalism and respect. We visited a few dealerships prior to purchasing a car, and Freehold Toyota really stood out! I would definitely recommend this dealership to many of my friends.Way to go, Toyota! Great Job John!

Went to Freehold Toyota to "just look" at a RAV 4 and drove home in it! Henry the sales mgr and Marc B. were friendly and proffesional.
