As soon as I arrived at the dealership, I felt welcomed. Every one had a smile on and no one pressured me about buying a car. They made sure I took the car for a test drive and that I was one hundred percent sure that I will be happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership.

Vinny was very helpful and professional in our dealings with him. Delivery was relatively painless. Much better than any dealings we ever had with Freehold Hyundai.
Toyota was honest and upfront with every detail they provided to us. Not like Freehold Hyundai.

I had a very pleasant at the DCH Freehold Toyota dealership. My salesman Vincent Vitolo was very helpful and friendly!! Also, sales manager Steven Yap was very sincere. I had a wonderful purchase at the DCH Freehold Toyota! If we need another car I will definitely go back there again!

Brian was honest, professional and a nice guy. Picked out a car and drove it off the lot about 2.5 hours after I got there including test drive, F&I, paperwork etc. Gary from finance was cool and the whole experience was about as good as it gets. Job well done and dealership well run.

Vinny was extremely cooperative, friendly and efficient in the purchase of our new vehicle. He was always willing to answer all and any questions we asked him.
He would also tell us that we should not hesitate to call him for any questions we would have any time after we had purchased the Avalon Ltd.
I would definitely make another purchase from a sales associate like Vinny.

My Review of DCH Freehold Toyota Scion:
We helped a friend purchase a 2010 Camry. Michelle was the first dealer to respond to our internet query. We negotiated a fair price over the phone during the first conversation. A few hrs later, we agreed on an excellent price. Without even giving a deposit (since we had agreed on price over the phone), Michelle had the car ready and prepped for us the next morning. We completed the entire transaction in about 2 hrs, including a test drive before the actual purchase. Michelle even made a special sign for the new owner, since this was her first new car in over 30 years! Michelle was wonderful to deal with- a real woman of her word. It was the most pleasant car buying experience! I would highly highly recommend Michelle Weber. [As an aside, please note we turned to the internet because we had walked out of a dealer the evening before; we did not want to have to be patronized by another incompetant sales person.This was our first time using an internet auto sales search.]

This was absolutely the best interaction I have EVER had in buying a car! Diane was pleasant and wonderful and I felt absolutely at home at this dealership. From filling out paperwork to driving the car (A beautiful car I might add!) to signing papers with another lady (Whose name I cannot remember but she was lovely too!) and the gentleman who handled the financial work, (Dennis, I believe - excellent himself)- ALL were professional but at the same time exactly the kind of people who remind me of the small Southern town in which I grew up - friendly, down - to - earth, considerate, just all around nice to spend time with, and I can truly say on behalf of my husband, daughter, and myself that I cannot ever imagine owning any other car now except a Toyota. Sure, it's a great car (My dad has a 1982 with over 300,000 miles and it's still going strong) but your people are just the best and they're equally as strong a selling point as far as I'm concerned.

The Sales Team at DCH Freehold Toyota was excellent. Unfortunately the reason for me purchasing my new car was due to damage to my previous Toyota, the sales and financing team at DCG Freehold Toyota was phenomenal. Lead by the Sales Manager Mark Clifton, the entire team was friendly, professional, patient, and very informative. They met my every request. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone.

the experience of buying a car is usually a nightmare.this time it was extremely pleasant. the sales consultant matt schork was very knowledgeable and pleasant. he explained everything in detail. we did not feel pressured or rushed. we bought the car and came away with a very content feeling that we had dealt with an honest and extremely nice salesperson whom i would highly recommend to anyone.
