The employees at DCH Heart Acura are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have purchased three vehicles from there and each time they do a great job. I feel very comfortable when dealing with the sales people and feel I get a great deal. I have also called them on numerous occasions and get great service in return.

My Review of DCH Heart Acura:
We just bought a used Acura MDX from Heart Acura. The experience was great. We found a model on their website that was priced right and made the drive from NYC to Wappingerfalls. The trip was worth it. We got a great price and the process was easy. They gave us a couple of similar vehicles to drive. They encouraged a long test drive. After the test drive, we decided on a price, as good as we could find anywhere, and bought the vehicle. The salesman, Armondo, handled all the paperwork. He was great. We were driving home with the new vehicle in about 2 hours. When this MDX gets old, we'll go back to Heart Acura for another.

My Review of DCH Heart Acura:
I drove with my family nearly an hour and a half out of Manhattan to get my new Acura MDX from DCH Heart Acura. It was well worth it. Not only did I get the best price, but there was no bait and switch, no hassles, no "let me check with my manager" or any of the usual games played at the other dealers in my neighborhood. I love the Acura quality and I'm thrilled to find a dealer to match. I was impressed that the price quoted me through email and by phone was truly the bottom line. Naomi did a great job and I would completely trust her word in the future. Sal and Sher did there jobs too in making sure I was in the right car, happy with my purchase and out of the lot ASAP. Like I said - no hassle. It was the best! By the way, it's a very scenic drive...

DCH Acura in Dutchess Co. NY has the BEST SERVICE DEPT. my husband and I have ever dealt with. Every employee, starting with Phil, John and Adam and including every service tech is experienced, frienly and highly competent in ALL aspects of doing the best work on service of each and every Acura that needs any type of servicing. I do not ever hesitate to recommend DCH Acura Service Dept. to anyone who has an Acura.

We can honestly say that it is a pleasure to know that when we need or have a problem with our car that DCH Acura is right there for us. To say that each and every employee of the service dept. goes above and beyond is an understatement!!!! Congratulations to the BEST ACURA SERVICE DEPT. and we hope that they will be recognized for their outstanding quality, commitment, and friendlyness to each and every customer who takes their car to DCH Acura in Dutchess Co. My Review of DCH Heart Acura:
I showed to the dealership about 20 minutes prior to them closing and met with a very nice salesman, Armondo. He was very helpful and new a lot about the car and even though I arrived so late, he not once made me feel like he was kicking me out. I told him my work schedule was hectic and that this was my only time to come in and all I really needed was a price. My dad has owned Acuras my whole life. I've been driving a Honda Accord for the past 5 years and am finally ready to upgrade to a more luxurious car. I am entering my first year of grad school and want to treat myself for all of my hard work thus far. They didnt have the color that I wanted but looked up the car online and found a black/black TL at their sister store. After I got all the information I needed, Armondo walked me to my car and followed up with me the next day. I asked for a few days to go over my payment options and he was very considerate and not pushy. I just really needed time to make sure the numbers worked for me. After about 1 weeks time, I am now the proud owner of a 2008 Acura TL and love it!!! Thanks DCH Heart Acura for all of your help. You are truly the Best!!!

I recently purchased a new MDX from DCH Heart Acura. Their website was great and helped me to do a great amount of research ahead of time including all of the questions that I had about the pricing and packaging. I was able to complete most of my transaction via email and my new MDX was sitting out front, ready to go, as soon as I arrived at the dealership. Thank you for making it so simple! I love my new MDX. Thank you Naomi for taking care of everything for me. My first service appointment has already been scheduled for my new car and I am looking forward to more great customer service.
