Horrible service. I went to have a new key programmed. They charged me nearly $100 to get an unprogrammed key for them when I could have gotten it for$20 online. Then it wasnt even ready 2 days after my appointment to pick it up. They did not admit quilt. They were unapologetic for their lack of communivation and innefficiency. To make things worse, I had to wait over 2 hours to have them correct their mistake. The manager could not care less when I spoke with him. He threw a 10% precent discount at me with no apology. Dont trust this dealership. More

I was extremely impressed when I came to this dealership to purchase my Odyssey many months ago. I enjoyed it so much that I reached out to purchase a 2023 Honda CRV hybrid. I was shocked to find out they had a $ 20,000 markup. I advised my salesperson who asked the manager if he would come down and he said no due to the market right now. Needless to say, I did not purchase the CRV. I went to a luxury brand and got a different hybrid cheaper out the door for a beautiful quiet fully appointed sedan. If I had chosen I could have gotten a luxury SUV cheaper out the door as well. Do your research there are other dealerships that won't mark up their cars, even Honda dealerships. This dealership has cost Honda two lifetime customers so we will not be purchasing future cars here or from Honda. Very disappointing :(. We choose not to be taken advantage of. The manager refused to budge at all on price and would not drop the 20K markup even a little. #Greedy More

Trying to buy a used car is always difficult. My wife and I were interested in buying my son a used car for our son but the used car manager would not budge on the price.
