Everyone was a joy to work with and they provided excellent customer service. I got a great deal on my NEW civic coupe and I absolutely love it! This was my first time buying a car and everyone made sure that they explained everything clearly and they went slow so that I wouldn't be lost.

My Review of DCH Kay Honda:
Everyone at DGH Kay Honda was very nice to us. They did not pressure us when we were just looking and that was greatly appreciated. I also went in there with preapproved credit from another bank and they found me a better deal with a lower interest rate, which I thought was great. Best of all I found the car I wanted online and negotiated the price on line, always dealing with the same person, Tom Weiss. After I had the price set, I went into the dealer and passed all the salesman and went directly to Tom Weiss. He took me for a test drive and answered all my questions and basically that was it. It was easy, As soon as I was sure of the car I wanted I talked with finance dept guy. ( I can't remember his name, but he was great) After speaking with him he asked when I wanted to pick up the car. Since it was getting late I decided to pick it up the next morning at 9am. When I got there not only was the car ready but that is when he told me he got me a lower interest rate for me. I signed the papers and we went to see my new car. Tom went over every detail of the car with us and showed us how everything worked. The next weekend I had lojack installed and the service dept did a great job too. My car was ready when they said it would be and everyone was very nice to us. So in closing all I can say is DCH Kay Honda made buying a new car fast, easy and pleasant. I have bought new cars other places but this experience was by far the nicest and quickest I have ever done. I would go back and buy another car from them.

Internet Anglia was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I am very happy todate with purchase of my new Honda Accord, but there is a small vibration issue that must be resolved. I would buy another vehicle from Anglea and Kay-Honda again...

We found Danny to be extremely competent, knowledgeable and friendly. He provided a stress-free buying experience that was quick and easy. He found us the car we were looking for, in the color we wanted with the options we wanted for a reasonable price.

Chris was able to get us through the finance part of the deal quickly and with no difficulties. He was able to find us a finance plan that met our needs.

I would highly recommend both employees and DCH Kay Honda's internet sales department. I don't think I would ever buy a car any other way again. This was truly a pleasurable experience.

Dch Kay Honda in Eatontown, NJ is a great place to buy a car from. I recently helped my mother purchase a new 2008 Honda Oddysey, and we were so happy how things went, I went back two months later a purchased a new Honda Civic for myself. Our salesman Jeremy Braun was very helpful and so was the rest of the staff. This dealership will continue to get my business for many years to come.

Tom Weiss, was excellent and very helpful. I really wanted the CRV - EX but they would not make a good deal with me. Lou, assisted Tom but he was not helpful with what I wanted.
The process was fast and very smooth after settling for the lower model I would have been happier with the EX.

Danny Tumipamba was friendly and informative he did his part in a very professional manner and he made sure that all his explainations were understandable. I would rate him a 5 on all the above. The price offered was fair and reasonable and within the competitive range.

The negotiations involving trade in value with the used car dept was draining. Low ball price offered for trade was lower than the amount shown on KBB on dealers own website by $2,000. The Volks jetta traded in only needed tires and a prep job. $2,000 is pretty high for those needs. The final negot for $1,350 more on initial offer for trade was draining to say the least and I still feel cheated and on the low side. This has been my experience on the 3 cars I have bought from the dealer. The squeeze in the favor of the dealer vs the buyer is a turn off and goes as far as a haggle over $200 the dealer holds out for with numerous management mtgs needed to agree to customers final offer.

I live around the corner of the dealership, however the convience is becomming an non factor more and more.

My Review of DCH Kay Honda:
I visited DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown because my aging Honda Odyssey needed a tune up, the sliding door was not working correctly and the brakes needed to be replaced. The cost to repair the car was near the value of a down payment so I asked to be referred to a Sales Associate.

I explained the sorted history to Edmond Lee. The car was purchased in Canada and needed an early "non-covered" transmission replacement and the slider never really worked consistantly. I told him I was interested in the 2009 Honda Pilot to "fit" my large family. I didn't want to lease, I had a nice downpayment and good credit. I also didn't want to go haggle over price. I needed a vehicle to safely transport my children immediately.

He returned my call the same evening and I made plans to bring my husband down to see the car and make a purchase if the price fit our budget.

It did.

I was hesitant to buy another Honda after the mechanical problems I experienced with the Odyssey. However, Edmond responded as I asked: with a fair price.

We live in our car and have traveled many happy miles in the Odyessy. I look forward to the same experience with my Pilot.

Tom was friendly and easy to deal with...HE CALLED BACK WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD,,,WHEN WE NEGOTIATED, HE GAVE A PRICE AND MY WIFE AND i SAID EITHER YES OR NO...wHEN HE WAS ABLE TO OFFER ANOTHER PRICE, HE DID AFTER CHECKING WITH THE POWERS THAT BE.i WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AS A SALESPERSON!!
