By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced with car dealerships. Disclaimer: can't say anything bad about employees they are just following the directions of management. We have 2 Kia's in with car dealerships. Disclaimer: can't say anything bad about employees they are just following the directions of management. We have 2 Kia's in the family and both cars have had multiple issues. Took a year to get one issue finally resolved after calling corporate. The other car they fixed after a few months of not being able to fix it. Now the same issue is back and even worse. They take your car in for service but they actually won't get to it for a few days in the meanwhile they won't give you a rental car. Have asked to talk to the manager multiple times and all I get is a voicemail over and over and over More
