We brought our car in for its 10,000 mile service. Derek is the employee we dealth with. He was outstanding, he gave us his full attention when we talked with him, he was courteous, his attitude was outstanding. This is why we brought a Lexus. Although Lexus has a reputable product, Glauco, the salesman, along with his manager, patiently and thoroughly answered every question as to car I purchased as well as the car I traded in without drama, providing multiple options for me to consider, putting me at ease with intelligence and humor.

The knowledgeable financial guy had everything prepared as soon as I sat at his desk, efficiently guiding me through the paperwork and quickly had me on my way in my new car.

Phoung, the service advisor, provided me with a car while he had a speaker replaced and applied the xzilon protectant. Finally he paired my phone with the car through Bluetooth, enabling me to wirelessly speak on and listen to music on my phone. He sat with me and answered every question thoroughly and kindly, encouraging me to contact him with any concerns that should arise. Perfect!

Service has always been fast and courteous at this dealership. Although servicing at dealerships is always more expensive, the experience and quality of work are great. I also trust Lexus mechanics more as I have a hybrid vehicle.

I can't go into all the details of my recent purchase at DCH Lexus Santa Barbara, because no one would believe how amazing it was. Let me just say this dealership is typical of the best of the Lexus dealer experience. I have visited a dozen dealers during my travels around the country on business, and have bought three Lexus from Joe Green when he was at DCH Oxnard. I am still amazed at the level of customer service exhibited by virtually all Lexus dealers. DCH Santa Barbara is no exception.

Joe Green has this cool, laid back persona that makes him a pleasure with whom to deal. Abby is a creative, very smart, seasoned veteran who really knows her product. Each employee I encountered was pleasant, helpful and professional.

The dealership is not large but the showroom looks great and is well appointed. Lexus is the Nordstrom of the car business and DCH SB is a fine representative of the brand.

I'm already planning my next car purchase with Joe! You only have to go to a second or third tier dealership to see the difference. (And, no, I do not work at DCH SB!)

I went into this dealership expecting to buy a new car but ended up just so happy I came to this dealership. I am 64 and have bought many cars but Joe Green just made it a pleasure. This is no mean Joe Green, he listened!!! which very few salespeople do, and then he delivered the perfect car, a great price, a fair trade-in and overall, just a great experience. I would recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy a Lexus, this is my 4th Lexus, what a combination - a great car and a great salesman. No bad mouthing the competition, no playing games on price, no haggling over the trade-in and delivering what he promised.

I am a semi-retired professional person. I rate DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara and, especially its employee, Joe Green the highest rating possible! In early- January 2013, I had an urgent need for a good and reliable used vehicle after my previous car failed. Mr. Green and his colleagues structured a unique deal that met my needs in terms of costs, service and comfort ... and at relatively low profit to DCH Lexus. Perhaps more important, because it was difficult to find financing for a 10+ year old used vehicle (even with exceptionally low mileage), Mr. Green and his colleagues showed uncommon and extraordinary patience during the period that I needed to arrange for private financing.

The dealership also is to be lauded for its showroom and service area amenities! The environment definitely is inviting.

I was over joyed to work with such a great dealership. My husband and I have owned quite a few cars, including 6 right now. So we have dealt with a number of dealerships. DCH WAS BY FAR THE BEST DEALERSHIP WE'VE EVER BEEN TO. No fussing over price, we got a fantastic deal on our used vehicle, the staff were all very professional, nice, easy going people. Our purchase was as smooth as it could be for a busy Sunday 2 days before Christmas. I look forward to working with DCH again, and will gladly drive the 100 miles to do so.

They delivered on their promise. Professional. Courteous. Responsive. I hope the owners appreciate the level of expertise and enthusiasm Mike Weinzimmer has for the Product and the Dealership he represents. We followed him over from another Lexus dealer. Sally went the extra mile (literally) to secure the exact model we wanted. Service Outstanding.... Judy Williams and Edward Simeon are more than fantastic...They make one feel so comfortable that nothing is too much trouble.....
