My Review of DCH Paramus Honda:
As a longtime customer of Paramus Honda, I was recently sent a pretty decent promotionl offer on a new Accord that I just couldn't refuse. Maria and team (services inclued) were all very helpul and willing to work with me. Every question I had was answered, and since I decided to purchase instead of lease this car, I had a lot of questions. When my 2009 lease is up on my other car, I will be back! Maria worked very hard to get the car in the color I wanted.
We were on a deadline to c lose by Monday this week, and we got it signed and done.

She also followed up with us to see if we were satisfied with our lease. Great customer service.

My Review of DCH Paramus Honda:
Salesman was very friendly, pleasant and courteous. We did not have to wait long for the paperwork and the loan documents. Price was within my budget for the car and accessories I was looking for. Final price was exactly what I had agreed (unlike my previous experience I had with other dealer where they added hidden charges on the top of what we agreed).

My overall experience with this dealer and the salesman was great.

I would recommend this dealer for their services to anybody.

Salesman was very helpful and honest. He answered everything thoroughly and clearly. We were able to negotiate a good price for the car and he always got back to us very quickly. With his help we were able to decide to buy the car on the same day. He is overall a great salesman and very helpful.

My Review of DCH Paramus Honda:
It is my second Honda Accord purchased via Larry Xiang of DCH Paramus Honda. His excellent services have always attracted loyal customers. He is very patient answering all our questions and introduced all models from LX to EX-L and from v4 to V6. Finaly, we selected the EX-L V6 with his recommendations.

Our only regret was having to wait three hours until 8pm to get paper works done (which only took 10 minutes). Everyone was starving.

We are very happy that we have purchased the Honda CR-V with DCH Paramus Honda because of their honesty and professionalism. We have contacted with several Honda dealers when we started searching our new car, and Steve Chan from DCH Paramus Honda was the only person who was always responding our questions from the beginning and was very clear and honest when giving us answers. Paramus Honda had exactly the model and color of SUV that we were looking for, and when we actually went to purchase the car, they were willing to work us with our budget and even offered us a better deal. The entire staff of DCH Paramus Honda were very efficient, especially Mr. Steven Chan, who helped us during the whole transaction of getting the car. We were very well received and he made us to feel like family during our stay, and his sense of humor just made the whole process very relaxing and pleasant. We arrived around 7:30 pm and by 9:00 pm we were able to drive our new CR-V home. I really have to say that the service of DCH Paramus Honda before and post sale is excellent; they not only washed the car, filled the whole tank of gas for us before we left, also the very next day Steve was calling us to make sure that the car is working properly and that we are happy with the car. We feel very safe as we know that if we need anything or encounter any problem in the future, we can rely and trust that DCH Paramus Honda will help us. We will absolutely recommend anybody who wants to get a Honda to contact with Steve Chan; if you don’t want to waste time and want to deal with a reliable dealer, DCH Paramus Honda is definitely your first choice!

My experience in here was so pleasant. From the moment I walked in, I got the feeling that they wanted to make the experience of purchasing a new car easy and seamless. The lease deals offered by this dealership were extremely competitive and I received the best rate compared to other Honda dealerships in Northern NJ. I received a number of quotes for a lease on a Honda EX Coupe and they worked diligently to beat my best offer.

What makes this dealership stand out is that they genuinely want to cultivate good customer relationships. If you in the market for a new car I would recommend that you visit DCH Paramus Honda.

Price was agreed to quickly. Car was obtained in short order. After car was picked up on a Saturday, the plates were ready that Thursday -- less than a week. Previous dealings, with Garden State Honda, had been much worse, with the temporary almost expiring before Garden State had gotten the plates. DCH Paramus was much better.
