The overall experience was very positive. Thoma Rivas and Tarek Olabi were very curteous and extremely helpful. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends. This website is the only negatve experience. Asking people to write review at least 250 characters is rude!

The price I was quoted over the internet is what I received and any questions I had were answered to the point. When i first came in to DCH Paramus Honda,i was nervous and excited since if ever,it's going to be my very first big purchase ever and never had any knowledge about a car,good thing i had my friends with me to support plus the fact that i had a very nice and helpful dealer,Leslie Solomon.He's very calm while doing the whole process,patiently showed us the cars since i couldn't decide right away which car i would get.With his detailed explanation,i finally decided on HONDA CRV 2010 and very thankful for the great price.It took long hours for the whole process but the beverages/sandwiches provided somehow helped me to think clearly.On that same day,i took home my car,but before that,Leslie patiently explained everything from the smallest detail since he understood that i'm a first time buyer and new driver at that.I took my car home with a big smile in my face,i said to myself,"IT WASN'T AS HARD AS I THOUGHT...." and it's all because of my dealer's help..It didn't end there though,the following day,not even 24hrs,i got a call from him,checking if everything's ok...So where else do you think i would recommend my family and friends???

In 1996, I purchased a new Accord and it was time to trade in. Dwayne Campbell was our sales rep. He did everything he could to resolve all our concerns when purchasing a new car. His good nature and hard work made my wife and I feel very confident and comfortable that he would make this transaction smooth. I would gladly do all my business with Dwayne Campbell and the DCH staff as I have done for over a decade.

My Review of DCH Paramus Honda:
My first contact with Harshal was via internet. Harshal was the first to respond. I also contacted nearby dealers. None could beat DCH’S price, only match. Could you believe two Honda dealer reps stated if you can get an Accord EX for that price I should buy it. I won’t mention who they are for they might lose their jobs. Fact-if you buy from DCH you’ll never feel that “Did I pay too much for that car”. I knew I was buying from DCH within one day without even stepping into the showroom.

Harshal followed up the initial contact with one or two phone calls. He never pressured me. When we finally did meet, Harshal did a thorough job of finalizing the sale of the car.
He even called my insurance agent while we were finishing the paperwork. He couldn’t be anymore helpful. He always
made me feel comfortable & relaxed. It was nice calm buying experience that I will never forget. And we all know horror stories of high pressure & hagaling sales from someone. He explained all the accessories that are available and again he did not pressure, only stated the facts. When I picked up the car, Harshal took the time to explain all the features on the dashboard & rear seats. Even though Harshal was my main contact at the dealership, I was greeted and treated in a friendly manner by many others. Harshal continues to e-mail me now & again to see how the new car is.

I will highly,definitely recommend Harshal and the dealership to anyone who needs a new or used vehicle.
I will need a second car soon, maybe a civic for the wife.

We were choosing between an Odyssey and Pilot. After meeting us and understanding our needs (small babies) Andy Kato steered us towards the Odyssey. We ended up with EX-L. We were very happy with the experience. We only wish that the dealer were a little closer to our home.

Steve Chan was excellent to work with. He was very professional, friendly, and really understands the products that he sells. I had been shopping for a compact car for about a month, and not one salesperson or dealership met up to the standard of service that I had the pleasure of experiencing at DCH Honda in Paramus. The other dealerships that I visited include: Chevrolet, Toyota, Nissan, Hyandai, and Dodge.

I would highly recommend Hondas, the DCH Honda dealership in Paramus, and Steve Chan as a salesperson. I look forward to visiting Steve when I have my car serviced.
