My Review of DCH Paramus Honda:
The salesman I had Omar, was just straight, helpful, honest, and I believe he worked to make sure that the dealership AND I both had a fair deal. What more could you ask of the sales process/person. I did not buy on the first visit, Omar followed up in the nice and effective way. AND no one EVER said “what do I have to do to sell you a car tonight” – that is so trite and I am not the expert don’t people who ask this know their business? I will recommend Omar and the dealership to anyone shopping for a car even if they are not currently considering a Honda.
The car was clean, full tank of gas, and well presented (before I left; they had missed some spots but took care of it while I did paperwork. .
I looked at Nissan and while it could be had for a lower price - the dealership was shoddy and it just was not as nice & friendly as the DCH Paramus Honda dealership. I also checked out 2 other Honda dealerships -- one was very pushy the other was just clueless.
I would definitely recommend this dealership.

My Review of DCH Paramus Honda:
My wife and I are from Brooklyn, but we decided to travel to Paramus Honda because of all the good reviews we saw here and on other websites. We didn't even bother going to the Honda dealers in Brooklyn from all the bad publicity and word of mouth from friends. We are glad we bought our 2009 Honda Fit from DCH Paramus.

The other Honda dealerships we called and visited wouldn't take our pre-order or wanted to charge above MSRP. Our salesperson Elie was very straightforward and knowledgeable and best of all allowed us to put a $500 deposit down (@ MSRP price) for the first 2009 Fit Sport A/T they were about to receive a week later.

We were also allowed to test drive the car and if we didn't like it, he'll provide a refund. We test drove it a week later as promised and paid for it at the agreed price, no strings attached. We would definitely recommend this dealer to our friends and family, and would come back again.

My Review of DCH Paramus Honda:
DCH sales association with my employer's credit union makes it popular.Much better is that their own financing could offer at par even with your union's promotional offer, so you have options for better deals.No haggles were experienced with financing deals.

Thomas Rivas, a very young and well-mannered salesman was great. Unlike other salesman who would always let us "call and visit them","boastful" at their store to get the best offer, this guy directly answers our inquiry(email/call) and eager to compete with the other dealership's offer "without too many words". We've had 4 good dealers who competed for a good price, all of them offered well,but Thomas was quick to address our concerns,his decisiveness to make the deal was the big point.

Thomas personality counts too.We like the DCH way of putting their pictures on their emails.When you talk and meet him personally, he was very respectful and so great than his picture. They are highly recommended!

This is my 2nd experience with this dealership - the first one was very pleasant that's why I came back for my 2nd and the 2nd visit was even more pleasant experience. Everyone in that dealership was very courteous and professional.

Staff was very accomodating and very friendly to all the customers walking in the showroom whether they are there to buy or simply looking. The sales reps are very knowledgeable with their product.

This dealer is absolutley the best. I'm 18 and just got my credit cards May 2008. My credit is just building up and i previously went to Garden State Honda in Passaic and they gave me an extemely hard time from the minute i came in. I needed a co-signer because of insufficent credit history and my interest rates were going to be 15%! Thats high. I gave up my hopes on a new car ( although the car they were offering me was used and had 30K). I contacted Honda Of Paramus, and Thomas insisted i came in. Suprisingy the bank approved my application with a 10% interest rate. I thank them so much and now im driving around my 2008 Honda Civic LX =]

My Review of DCH Paramus Honda:
I had been shopping around for a new Accord LX-P, in black, for almost 3 weeks and had narrowed down my dealer options to either Garden State Honda or DCH Paramus Honda. I initially selected Garden State Honda as it was closer to home. On a late Friday afternoon, I made an appointment to purchase the vehicle, for a pre-negotiated price (via the Internet Sales Department). Upon arriving, I was introduced to a completely different sales-person, whom after almost an hour of stall tactics, informed me that they were out of stock on black LX-P's. To add insult to injury, I was informed that acceptance of Capital One financing would be difficult. After having negotiated the dealer's acceptance, and agreeing to purchase a white LX-P, I was then informed that the 'new' vehicle had over 350 miles on the odometer. At that point, I ended the discussion, left the building and immediately called DCH. Using a credit card to place a hold on a black LX-P, I agreed with that dealer's Internet Sales Rep to purchase the vehicle the next morning, on Saturday. As promised, the deal went through as agreed upon the night before. If you care to avoid shady sales practices, the age-old 'bait & switch', I would highly recommend that your only choice be DCH Paramus Honda.

My experience with DCh and Steve Chan was pleasant and our dealings were done quickly and efficiently. Overall working with Steve and the rest of his team at DCH was easy and the main reason we leased the car. Steve was also attentive and lisened to our needs and was able to meed these needs almost as requested. I wold strongly recomend Steve and DCH in the fuure.

This is our second time dealing with this dealership in less than 1 year.We chose to buy another car due to the quality of sales representatives at this particular Honda dealership. Gareth Crosdale exceeded our expectations and we are very excited with our new car. Not only did he treat us with and understanding approach but he seemed very genuine in every aspect of the sale. We were not the easiest customers but he remained very professional and gracious through the entire sale.We will definately be back when it comes time to return our leased Honda and hope we'll have the same experience. Since I was able to submit my price for the car via e mail, there wasn't the pressure of being in the showroom dealing with all the employees. A salesperson responded back very quickly with a fair, "bottom line" price. Done deal. There wasn't any hassle and very little haggling. A long as you do your homework, you'll get a good deal.

My Review of DCH Paramus Honda:
Renee went out of her way to make things convenient for us. She offered to come to my house to drop off the loan papers. She personally put the license plates on my car when she couldn't find a mechanic to do it. She didn't pressure us when we were not sure whether to go Honda or Toyota. I would definitely recommend her.
