I just bought a 2010 Prius from DCH Toyota. Overall, my experience was a really good one and I liked that I could do business in my home town. April was very calm, friendly and informed about the cars and she quickly answered all my questions and addressed all my requests. She and Bobbie both were great working with me to get a good price for the car I wanted with my trade in. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Toyota. I love my "new" Prius!

My Review Of DCH Toyota/Scion City:

Bought from Toyota City before. Wasn't thinking about Toyota again; wanted to upscale it to Lexus or BMW. Stopped by anyways to see Marc Ellison who sold me previous Highlander (still have it). Pleasure to work with. Saw the new Avalon. Loved it. Then, compared it with Lexus ES and BMW 528xi. Had virtually all the same features (plus some - ebin is awesome). Least expensive by a bit; extended mileage warranty to be comperable to Lexus. Marc and crew there are easy to deal with, not pushy; big new service facility in Mamaroneck is great (used it with my Highlander). Didn't try to upsell me at final paperwork stage. Would recommend them.

From start to finish, Marc made the entire process of buying my new car through DCH Toyota City absolute pleasure. His willingness to help made the experience very much stress free. Marc’s strong knowledge of the Toyota product as well as his natural ability to be a great facilitator also made me feel confident about my purchase every step of the way. Marc has us work with Luis Alvarez of the Finance Department which also offered the same helpful, friendly and no pressure service I now associate DCH Toyota City with.

We have been dealing with Marc Ellison for years in leasing our cars through Toyota. His expertise in knowing all the ins and outs of a deal
are just what we need. I would highly recommend Mr.Ellison as your sales person and also recommend the dealership. They are honest ,
and forthright with their comments, knowledge, etc. Will deal again with this person and dealership when next car is needed. Have always recommended Toyota products to friends and family. Service also is good when you bring car in for oil change, etc. Keep up the good work.
