We dealt with Dan DeFrank when he was with Manuel Hyundai in Fort Worth, and I can't recommend him enough! He's a new car salesman, but he took time to deal with us when we were wanting a used Sonata. There was no pressure, no rush, and he made the finance department dance a fine jig in order to make things work for us. They even held a check as a down payment before we had the money! So, I can't necessarily recommend the dealership, but I absolutely recommend Dan DeFrank.

I ought a new car, and they didn't bother to tell me until I signed the last paperwork and paid my downpayment that I couldn't take the car because the new car checklist inspection hadn't been done. So they gave me a loaner car till the next say. Then the next day I noticed that the A/C didn't blow cold, (this should have been part of the new car checklist) so a couple days later I took it back in to get fixed. I'v now been in a loaner car for 7 days. and this was a new car......

I dropped by the dealership looking for a Sonata and I talked to Joe. Joe was a very friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere throughout the whole experience. I had been to several other local dealership and I was just not satisfied with the service that I was receiving. Not only did I get first class service but I also got the best deal in town. I stopped by this dealership just to get an idea of various car prices and models. I was met in the lot by Joe Acosta. I gave him a brief description of what I was looking for in a car and he IMMEDIATELY was able to find one that matched my exact needs. I wasn't planning to purchase a car that day and was only going in to look. But after working with Joe, I was very pleased with his knowledge and customer service and walked away with the perfect car. I referred a friend to him, and again Joe was very helpful.
