My Review of Danville Chrysler GMC:
Every time I have dealt with this dealership there has been some sort of problem. This dealer is the biggest joke I've ever seen. It is a 3-ring circus. They have consistently confused me with other customers when I call. I call to see if my car is ready and I give them my name, they come back and say "Your van is ready." I don't have a van. They say "you mean the blue van is not your van?" I don't have a van, I have a car. My car had been there for over a week and they did not seem too concerned about it. I called other Dodge Chrysler dealerships and explained my problem and they were much more willing to listen to the CUSTOMER than this dealership is. Dodge seems to be on a downward spiral in both their vehicle quality & reliability as well as their service.
