Nick, Dareen, and Matt moved ( what feels like to me ) mountains to get me in a truck, with perfect payments, to not exceed my current career lifestyle. I have been blown away with the detailed attention they had with me. And not just me with other customers there at the time or listening to how Nick is helpful with customers on the phone. I approached the service writers desk and told him my name, he coul I made an appointment to have an oil change and have a recall issue taken care of. I approached the service writers desk and told him my name, he couldn't find my appointment on his computer...uh oh I thought. Turned out I had made that appt. with this service writer himself ( he remembered the call) and he had Inadvertently booked it for the day before....I was planning on waiting for the truck, and the waiting room was packed, they were very busy. Well they took care of it quickly and as if it was no problem at all, nice job! More
