We had multiple issues with a used Buick that we purchased. The service department was excellent in addressing each issue completely. Everyone was so friendly - even the greeter at the door. Thanks for the donuts, muffins, cookies & coffee in the waiting area. Exceptional!

I had my tires changed and my cabin air filter. The service was provided in a timely fashion and as always it was wonderful to climb in a clean car when all was done. Laurie Dutil is a wonderful asset to Darling's, providing cheerful customer service each and every time.

This was the best new car purchasing experience my wife and I have ever had. No hard sell techniques here. Just helpfulness and courtesy.
Our F/A salesman made picking out the extras that fit with our life style very easy. The Hyundai Tucson we purchased was extremely detailed (clean) when we pitched it up with a full tank of gas, any features we did not understand, were fully explained, by our salesman Nick Waddell.
WOW!!! What a dealership, next car ? this is the only place I'll shop

Two years ago I purchased my 2006 Hyundai Sonata from this Darlings. In the past coupe of weeks I have been working with Greg to find new tires for my car. He was very helpful in finding me the best deal on exactly what I was looking for (mileage rating, tread, etc.). We had constant contact back and forth until we found the tires and ordered them. Today I took my car in the have the tires put on and have an alignment done. Laurie helped me through the whole process and kept in contact with me as problems were found, knowing I needed an inspection and looking out for my safety and the well being of my car. I am so grateful for all of the help and continued service I receive from them two years after my purchase. Thank you Darlings!

My Valentine's Day included receiving the gift of a piece of metal in my tire. This gave me my first opportunity to experience Hyundai's road side assistance, which arrived to my rescue within an hour and had me off & on my way shortly there after. Darling's Hyundai got me in that afternoon to attempt to fix my tire, however it proved to be beyond repair. A new tire was ordered (took an extra day due to out of season tire) and they were able to get me back on my way quickly & affordably. Laurie Dutil assisted me with setting up my appointments and provided extremely friendly service. As always, a great experience with the team at Darling's Hyundai in Augusta.

All of the employees I have dealt with at Darling's have been exceptional. However I would like to make special mention of the the wonderful service that Service Manager Laurie Dutil has provided to me each time I've needed to have my car worked on. She is always fully up-to-date on the status of my repairs, has always made sure that I have transport to and from work (I've never been late getting to work or had to wait for transport back to Darling's) and her warm manner and intelligence make every visit to Darling's a pleasant one.

I have a 2003 chrysler t&C that had problems with the computers and they worked with me as far as labor and parts it took a while but it got fixed and runs super now a few months after all repaired I hope I can keep it for a long time it seems to be a good vehicle and my great grandsons love the WAY BACK SEATING when they talk to this old woman that is hard of hearing.

Kudos to the service department in Augusta may they win.

I chose darlings originally because I knew a few people who worked in sales. We bought the vehicle over a year ago, which I love. Since then I have had my vehicle in for my routine maintenance. They all have been wonderful and helpful. They truly care for my vehicle and me as a customer.
