Everytime I enter the service department, I am treated fairly and courteously. My questions are met with understanding and action. I feel that employees care to needs.

Stopped by on Saturday to make an appointment for an oil change and some minor warranty issues, they were able to do the work right away, everything was handled perfectly, they even took the time to entertain our dog! Great dealership and fantastic people!

I emailed Darling's about a car that I saw on Cars.com. Immediately I received an email back from Scott answering my questions and asking if he could answer anything else. I explained what I was looking for and that I would be driving up to look at some options. When I arrived I was greeted with enthusiasm and we began to look at the vehicle I had in mind. Long story short the sales staff at Darling's made me feel at home and made my buying experience a pleasant one. I am very happy with my Audi.

I have been a customer of Darlings for about 5 years now. The service that I have received here is reliable and of high quality. As a non Maine native the prices for their dealership work is also reasonably priced.

I have been very pleased with the service of my Audi. The surprising thing is the cost of service compared to other Audi dealers - The cost of a new timing belt and water pump for my last car was half of what it would have been in NJ,NY & CT. Try them - you will like them!

I'm actually writing about my experience selling my Mustang GT back to Darling's (they had sold it new in 05). So I want to compliment Mike Younglblood for his all around friendliness and support, beginning to end and including driving me back to work, and Gary (sorry-- I have forgotten your last name already) for being friendly but more so for conducting business in a straightforward and honest manner-- no nonsense, no false negotiating. I have no problem recommending Darling's Ford on the Hogan Road to anyone!

I had yet another "WOW" experience in the past two days, due to Ryan Wilson and his crew at Darlings Bangor, and the operational management of Ron Russell. . I have been serviced by Darling's for more than five years now, and every visit has been exceptional.

I cannot begin to accurately describe their care, professionalism, patience, diligence and diagnostics. They own it, and care about it, all while keeping me informed every step of the way. Not once have I ever felt that I was having unneeded service. When I have a complaint, they not only fix the symptom, they search for the cause...

That's unheard of in my world, or the world of car dealerships.

What’s amazing about it, is that it’s sincere.

Hats off to Ryan, and to the whole Customer Service crew at Darlings.

We dropped the car off bright and early for an oil and filter change, service was done quickly and price was reasonable. Fast and friendly service!
