My Review of Daugherty Chevrolet/ Hummer of Sacramento:
They lied to us about the alarm system. My drivers side lock got popped open, the fuel cap got ripped off and a huge rock got thrown through the passenger window. We were told by Josh Hansen and Nick McKnight who sold us the vehicle and the alarm system that any shock to the vehicle would set off the alarm. It was "top of the line". Then after the last vandalism we expressed that since the alarm is obviously faulty that they should cover damages to the window at the very least. Nick McKnight then changed his demeanor towards us and told us that the alarm would not go off in those cases. Nick McKnight is who sold us the vehicle and lied to collect his commission obviously. Or maybe the alarm is faulty and noone wants to take responsibility for this. Eric Soria says the alarm will only set if the car is opened from the inside. That is pretty lame. Since when has a thief broken OUT of a vehicle? Noone wanted to give us the owners information. And Eric Soria said that Hummer would just write us off and not even bother with our concerns. WOW. What a statement!
