I almost had to go to another dealership in order to get the vehicle I wanted (chip shortage issues for everyone) but he came through for me and got the sale. Erica was very friendly and quick to respond. She called when she said she would. Very prompt. Lastly the car transporters. (Dave and John I think?). They were so personable and down to earth and they took the time out to explain things to me. Not rushed. I will definitely buy my next car from them despite being over 3 hours away. I'm 60 years old, and I buy a new or slightly used vehicle every two or three years, and I have to say that this was an,"Exceptional car buying experience". I live in a south western suburb of Chicago vehicle every two or three years, and I have to say that this was an,"Exceptional car buying experience". I live in a south western suburb of Chicago, where there are Toyota dealers about every 10 miles, yet Alton Toyota was the only car dealer that was willing to sell me a brand new 2022 vehicle at MSRP without adding an additional premium or charging me and exorberant dealer doc fee. Even before I set foot in the dealership, contacting them via internet and over the phone, they spoke to me respectfully and we're very helpful. I made an appointment, with Jared Kinzel, who greeted me promptly upon arriving at the dealership. The dealership is clean, brightly lit, and overall a good representation of Toyota. Once there, there was no funny business, no attempts to renegotiate the deal that we made, in particular, I am referring to the very generous offer they made for my car on trade in, Jared assured me that the deal was done and all we had to do was sign the paperwork and take delivery, and sure enough that's all there was to it. He did not try to sell me anything other than what I asked for. Once he moved me into the finance office, Danny Walters took exceptional care of me. Finally somebody at a car dealership that is looking out for my best interest and not theirs. Danny worked with me on the interest rate, exploring different options, and working with me to make sure that I received the $500 Toyota cash. He offered me several different products for my vehicle, but was not pushy, and when I told him I was interested in an extended warranty, he offered me the Toyota Platinum care at an extremely reasonable price, which I then purchased. Truly an unbelievably pleasant experience. Alton Toyota is about 4 hours, (260 miles), from my residence, but well worth the trip. Next new car I need, I will be coming here first. Darwin, Julie, Josh and Kevin took great care of me! They were fast and took great care to make sure I was updated at through out the process! My vehicle was just in for a quick recall. Julie gave me a brand new Tundra to drive and had me in the truck and on with my day in 15 minutes. With in 45 minutes, Josh, called to make some maintenance recommendations. He wasn’t pushy at all. I picked what I wanted done and within a couple hours my Sienna was complete and ready to be pick up. The pick up and check out process with Kevin was totally painless. Terrific staff! More

After purchasing my first Scion here, It didn't take me long to realize just how much my confidence level towards "service" had increased. I soon learned that when I left my vehicle with these service personnel, that "old feeling" was gone! So much so that the following year we purchased an additional new Scion. I usually try to do business with Josh Kassler when he's available. He has always done a super job in helping us - evidence to me that his past job experience with the dealership is a key factor in raising customer confidence. These past few years have shown that the Service Dept. at Mungenast Alton Toyota is indeed a "family" in their own ..... made up of friendly, personable, dedicated and knowledgeable employees. More
