Jim was tops. As we all "hate to visit dealers." This one was painless. We were set already on a vehicle of our choice, so there was no need to do more shopping. It was Jim's customer service that made us continue with our choice. The wife and I both got our cars in less than three hours, but most of that was because of the lengthy test drives we took. Will return in the future.

Our experience was great. Had gone in with my sister a month ago and enjoyed the process that when we thought about buying , the only place to go was Mungenast Honda and the first person to talk to was Gina Bommarito. Gina was great, listened to what we wanted and that's what she showed us. She made the process very painless and quite enjoyable. A++ for the whole experience!

After talking with a majority of the Honda dealers in the St. Louis area, and having a bad experience at a number of them, I ended up going to Dave Mungenast. They ended up being right where I wanted to be price wise, and offered me a good value on my trade-in. Coming off one very bad experience at a local Honda dealer, it was refreshing dealing with the sales staff at Mungenast and my salesman in particular Mike. They made the process quick and easy and treated me with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used Honda to check them out!

Kurt worked with me to get the very best price possible for our new vehicle. I was planning on buying from another dealer when he was able to beat the competitor's price. I went looking for a new car and was actually thinking of the CRV EX-L. I test drove the CRV and then the Honda Accord V6 EX-L. I ended up with the Accord, I enjoyed the luxury feel and V6. Plus all the new features that are standards. For the price I think I made a good decision. Mike was very helpful in explaining the features of the car and answering any questions we had in regards to making our decision. The finance deptartment was as painless as one could wish for when purchasing a new car. Thank you.

I bought my 2013 Honda accord from Joe Basler at Mungenast Honda. The entire process was so laid back. Joe came at me with a good price over the internet and I went directly to him because of all of the positive things I had heard about the Mungenast group. Joe thoroughly explained the positives of a lease since we are expecting our 2nd child soon. I know eventually we will need a larger SUV but now wasn't the time. When that time comes I will most certainly be visiting Joe again. If anyone is car shopping, do yourself a favor and skip the other Honda dealers, they are nothing like Mungenast. Thanks again Joe!

Kurt was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He actually stopped me from picking the wrong vehicle based on the information I gave him on what I was looking for and put me in the car that was right for me. All I needed to do was choose a color. Very happy with my experience and have sent two people to Kurt. They both purchased cars.
