My Review of Dave Strong's Porsche Audi:
Rotors wore out after 40K miles. They claimed they were not covered under warranty, and tried to charge me for new rotors. When I refused to pay, they told me I would need to sign a form saying I knew the car was unsafe to operate when I picked it up. When I explained the car was on lease, and would be theirs in 6 months, they replaced the rotors free of charge.

The dash LCD display is failing, and they claimed to be out of stock when I asked them to replace it. They said they'd call me when they were back in stock. It's been 3 months, I'm still waiting.

And today the rear brake pads started grinding. Apparently they forgot to reconnect the brake pad sensor when they replaced the rotors 4 months ago. And the first available appointment is a week away. Am I supposed to walk for the next week? Or drive an unsafe vehicle, and damage the rotors further? What lousy service. I love Audi's, but not this dealer. Try another Audi dealer...stay away from Strong.

It is because of this dealership that I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER AUDI again (they're the only option in the nearby area). They are rude, could care less about the customer's needs, and have caused more damage to my Audis than the original problem I've taken the cars in for. AVOID at all costs.

The incompetency level of this establishment is unbelievable!!! Not only do they take an obscene amount of time to fix your vehicle, but also they lie to you about calls/conversations that were never made/had and point fingers at other people for their mistakes. I would NEVER do business with this company ever again!!!
