My Review Of Dave Strong's Porsche Audi:

Bought a $100,000 Cayenne and was given a Hyundai as a loaner! When I made it clear that I bought an SUV for a reason, the service rep acted completely put out...after MUCH consternation he somehow "found" another Cayenne for me to use while my oil change was being completed--an oil change that took seven hours to complete somehow. When they finally called and said I was "ten minutes from being done," I rushed over. Only to wait another HOUR for my car. In the waiting room, I overheard an old couple talking about how rude the staff was and how happy they were that they never had deal with that kind of an attitude at the BMW dealership. I will never buy another car from this dealership again.

My Review Of Dave Strong's Porsche Audi:

Rotors wore out after 40K miles. They claimed they were not covered under warranty, and tried to charge me for new rotors. When I refused to pay, they told me I would need to sign a form saying I knew the car was unsafe to operate when I picked it up. When I explained the car was on lease, and would be theirs in 6 months, they replaced the rotors free of charge.

The dash LCD display is failing, and they claimed to be out of stock when I asked them to replace it. They said they'd call me when they were back in stock. It's been 3 months, I'm still waiting.

And today the rear brake pads started grinding. Apparently they forgot to reconnect the brake pad sensor when they replaced the rotors 4 months ago. And the first available appointment is a week away. Am I supposed to walk for the next week? Or drive an unsafe vehicle, and damage the rotors further? What lousy service. I love Audi's, but not this dealer. Try another Audi dealer...stay away from Strong.

My Review Of Dave Strong's Porsche Audi:

The incompetency level of this establishment is unbelievable!!! Not only do they take an obscene amount of time to fix your vehicle, but also they lie to you about calls/conversations that were never made/had and point fingers at other people for their mistakes. I would NEVER do business with this company ever again!!!
