Tony was the nicest salesman we have EVER dealt with. It felt like we knew him forever. He is a awesome sales person. We would never buy from another dealership besides David Bruce. They treat you like gold and make your purchase very enjoyable. Me and my husband left there with smiles. They really do treat there customers GREAT! I will tell everyone I know to go there if they plan on buying a car! Tony is a great person and good at what he does! Thumbs up to Tony Malzone and God Bless you!

My Review of David Bruce Toyota Cadillac:
Tony Malzone is the man!! I came into David Bruce Toyota for scheduled maintenance on my current vehicle (tire rotation/oil change). It was a nice day so I decided to take a stroll through the lot to check out the inventory with no intentions of purchasing a vehicle. That's when I met Tony. Tony introduced himself and said he was there to help if I needed anything (not your typical sales person that acts like the world will end if he doesnt make a sale). I began talking to Tony about a loaded 2011 Toyota 4Runner parked on the lot that was marked way down from the original sale price. To make a longer story short, I was able to purchase this vehicle for much less than I intended while still getting top dollar for my trade in. Tony and the crew at David Bruce are very knowledgeable and great to do business with. I have no hesitations recommending Tony to any person considering the purchase of a new vehicle.

My Review of David Bruce Toyota Cadillac:
We bought a Tacoma from David Bruce Toyota 3 years ago. David Sosnowski made the whole process the most pain-free vehicle purchase I have ever made. The price was outstanding and haggle-free (which I personally appreciate). I felt no pressure to buy.

The post-sales follow-up was also what impressed me. Throughout the last three years, Dave has kept in casual contact, usually by sending a birthday greeting - not enough to be annoying, but enough to let you know the relationship is still there. When I called 3 years later, Dave answered the call with my first name before I said anything (no - not caller ID, he must manually put the number of all his clients in his phone). Little touches like that show that Dave cares about his clients even after the sales papers are signed. I was impressed enough that the next time we buy a Toyota, Dave will be the first person I call.

Tony was one of the best salespeople I have ever worked with. He was very friendly to all of my family members. He was quick to get all the information on the vehicle we were wanting to purchase. Tony went with me on the test drive and had a vast knowledge about the vehicle he was selling. He answered every question that we had. We were able to secure a good trade in price and Tony worked with us to make the vehicle we purchased affordable. In the future I will recommend others to David Bruce and specifically to Tony Malzone!

Our efforts in shopping for a reliable vehicle of quality led us to David Bruce Toyota Cadillac in Bourbonnais, Illinois. We have known, respected and trusted the owner for several years however had not had occasion to make a vehicle purchase. It was time to make the vehicle change and we were pleased to meet and work with "Big John" Crawford within the sales department. John provided detailed information and was patient with our numerous test drives and final selection. He performed his job professionally without being the overbearing and aggressive salesperson. We felt genuine support rather than a determined effort to make a sale. John has become a friend and has remained supportive after our purchase.

John effectively introduced us to the personnel within the Service Department. The same level of respect and customer concern/care has been found within the service department. A visit to the service area reveals a professionally organized and clean work environment. The Service Department team seeks to create a culture of value with continuing education opportunities regarding your vehicle and the proper use and maintenance of the vehicle.

At David Bruce Toyota Cadillac in Bourbonnais, Illinois, the relationships are genuine and the customer service and support is consistently professional. I trust this organization and affirm them as professionals ready to provide professional dealership services.

My Review of David Bruce Toyota Cadillac:
I first started talking to Dave Sosnowski via email about the car I was interested in. He was very fast to respond to any questions I had even to respond later in the evening just to let me know something. Meet Dave to test drive the car and was very pleased that he was not pushy like a lot of car salesman. I drove an hour and was more then happy I did. Got a great deal and awesome service. I would recommend this salesman and dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. I know I will be going back again for my next car.

We've probably been dealing with David Bruce for more than 20 years - and we've always seen Janelle. In fact, because of the excellent service & knowledge that Janelle provides - we've only dealt with her. We have driven nothing but Toyotas in those 20 years - with the exception of a Cadillac - still at David Bruce. And - we see no reason to change in the next 20 years - provided Janelle continues to work there!!

Service manager Chuck Oliver is great.

Janelle is super. She is very personable and knows her cars well.

Bruce is like an old friend.
