My Review Of David Bruce Toyota Cadillac:

We both felt Janelle Hindmand was the most professional salesperson we ever had. In this purchase, we had conversations with numerous salespersons at a number of dealerships. Janelle was, by far, the best.

Only one bit of feedback: my wife and I would have benefitted by knowing we would be offered the Protector Plan (e.g. 7 year exterior, interior and dent program) prior to our purchase date today, May 18, 2013. It would have been better to know about the offer when we wrote deposit check, May 4, 2013. That way, we could could studied the options for about a week, rather than making an "under the gun" decision on the date of closing the deal.

We always enjoyed working with Dave Sosnowski as he is very open and friendly. He keeps in touch with you even after deal is done. That is why when we wanted another Toyota we drove all the way from Orland Park to Bourbonnais. Very nice people to do business with. I have recommended this dealership to my friends and they feel the same way.

I recently purchased a 2013 TOYOTA TUNDRA on 4/13/13 which i absolutely love ! I worked with Dave Sosnowski. We worked out a zero pressure, no haggle price online. The purchase was a very pleasant no stress one ! If you are looking to make a zero pressure purchase online or in person give Dave a call or email you wont be sorry !

I recently purchased a new Toyota FJ Cruiser I spotted on Auto Trader. I worked with Dave Sosnowski, and the service dept. From start to completion of the sale it was the most positive experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Dave and the entire staff we're professional in every way, very personable, and extremely accommodating of every request. They contacted me when needed to be sure everything would be done correctly the first time. Dave also took the time to be sure the systems in my FJ were configured before I left the lot. I love my FJ, and I know in the future the service will be there when I need it. Don't hesitate to to contact this dealership and Dave. They're AMAZING and you won't be disappointed.

My Review Of David Bruce Toyota Cadillac:

I looked around alot for a certain color and interior type of 2013 Cadillac CTS. Jason at David Bruce by far offered the best price and found the car I wanted in record time. By the time we struck a deal it was there and waiting for me. He's very trustworthy and his "bottom line" numbers were lower than I thought they'd be. I would recommend David Bruce Cadillac to anyone that doesn't want to be hassled by "car guys" with worn out slogans. These guys are all about service. They want your business for more than just one car deal.

I VISITED DAVID BRUCE AUTOCENTER ON 5-3-2013 FOR SERVICE ON MY 2011 AVALON. WHILE I WAS THERE I CHECKED OUT THE NEW 2013 AVALON, WHICH I FOUND TO BE A GREAT CAR AND JASON CONNOR PROVIDED GREAT ASSISTANCE IN SHOWING ME THE ATTRIBUTES OF THE NEW 2013 AVALON. AND ALSO PROVIDED GREAT ASSISTANCE IN SECURING FINANCE SO THAT I COULD DRIVE AWAY IN THAT CAR.
