My Review of David Ellis Chrysler Jeep:
I purchased my Chrysler 300 from David Ellis, in Canoga Park. I also purchased extra warranty on the vehicle, but when I went back to the dealership three weeks after I purchased the vehicle for a loose door panel, I was told that it was not covered under the warranty. When I purchased the warranty, I was told that the car was covered "bumber to bumper." When they contacted me and told me that I had to pay a $100.00 deductable, I told them not to do the repair. Then they called me and said I still had to pay the $100.00 for a diagnostic fee or they would send me to collections. I ended up paying the money and would never buy a car from David Ellis or refer anyone there.

My Review of David Ellis Chrysler Jeep:
David Ellis is a wonderful dealership for sales or service - I recommend them highly. They are attentive and responsive to inquiries and concerns. When I take my car in for service they do whatever is necessary to ensure that my car has been fixed properly and to my standards - they don't take shortcuts like other Jeep dealers in the area. Out of all the Jeep dealers in the Valley and Thousand Oaks, I recommend David Ellis above all.
