My Review of David Hobbs Honda:
I just bought my 2012 Honda ridgeline from this dealership. Sales person was Carmen Murguia, really friendly and polite person. No pressure whatsoever. She's keen to help me out in every way possible. I highly recommend her.

After the deal was made we went through the finance director Jeremy Olson. He too was very friendly and helpful. The quotes he provided us for the extended warranty was very reasonable and more than all, No Pressure!

We used to get our vehicles from Wilde Honda, and this was the first time with David Hobbs, but I must say that my experience here was hundred times better. At Wilde, sales person would get some numbers and try to convince you, and then when you do not agree, they always bring a manager in suit who just draw some graphs and try to pressure you to buy one right then and there. But at David Hobbs, my experience was completely different . My deal was pretty much all with the sales person Carmen and that was it. No pressure at all. At finance too, straight forward and no pressure in selling extended care.

I still could not believe that I did not have to go through High-pressure environment to get good deals on vehicle this time. This was the best ever car-buying experience. No more other dealers for me. I will be loyal to David Hobbs from here on.

Also, I like the fact that so far this is the only dealership where I have seen female sales people as well as females in service area.

Highly recommended!!!

My Review of David Hobbs Honda:
Leased a 2012 Honda Pilot EX-L. Negotiated transaction via email with Matt Connor, the dealership Internet Sales Consultant. Matt requested the ability to match or beat any competing lease offer I had received. I took Matt up on his offer and he did not disappoint.

Once an agreement was reached, Matt turned me over to Bobby Ljubich. When it began to look likely that the vehicle I wanted would not be ready until late February, Bobby was able to secure my target vehicle via a dealer trade.

My wife and I picked up our new 2012 Honda Pilot EX-L yesterday. Our experience at David Hobbs Honda could not have been more pleasant, from the vehicle orientation with Bobby to the lease paperwork with Tom Horwich.

Can't wait to drive our new Pilot though some snow, and will not hesitate to recommend David Hobbs Honda to my Madison, WI area friends looking for a fantastic Honda vehicle acquisition process.

My Review of David Hobbs Honda:
I was very pleased with the relaxed atmosphere and friendly personnel at David Hobb's Honda. I never doubted whether or not I was getting the best deal, and I never once felt pressured. This experience was incredibly refreshing given previous car shopping experiences. Lisa Marie was knowledgeable, detailed, and incredibly personable. Despite needing to divide her attention amongst multiple customers, I always felt as though she was prioritizing my needs. On each of my visits I have also been impressed with how friendly other salespersons will greet me, despite knowing I was already working with Lisa Marie. I can't say enough about this positive experience.

My Review of David Hobbs Honda:
I began e-mailing with the Internet Sales Specialist, Brian, at the dealership about a week before I was able to make it in. I knew the car that I wanted and he had quoted me an "internet price" that I felt was fair. At the end of the week I had told Brian to go ahead and begin the paperwork, put a deposit on the car and came in on Saturday. Brian had handed me off to Bob who was happy to pick me up locally and give me a ride in to the dealership. Once there, both he and the man in Finance, Jeremy, were ready for me and organized.

With the money taken care of, Jeremy took me back to Bob who was ready with the keys and owner's manual, which he covered with enough detail take make me comfortable and then took me out to the car to show me the features he just covered. Once in the car, he noticed a detail that needed cleaning up and had it taken care of once we were finished. Beyond that he seemed a bit unsure of a few of the features that my specific car came with. He thought that I did not have Bluetooth connectivity, which I verified once I got home that I did indeed have it. So a little more familiarity would have been nice, but I'm generally ok with figuring these things out on my own as well.

"Ok you had a pretty good experience, so what's with the 2 for Quality of Work", you are asking? Well, once I drove my car home and went to go out for the evening, both the check engine and the IMA (hybrid) warning lights pop on the dashboard. After having the car serviced the next business day at a dealership closer to home, I found out that due to my car having sat on their lot for a number of months without being driven enough to keep a decent charge on the hybrid battery pack, it lost it's ability to hold sufficient capacity. Honda USA covered a battery swap under warranty and everything seems to be fine now, but I was not happy that the dealership either had no way to test this prior to sale, or that they did have a way and did not do it.

Bob followed up with me via e-mail a few days later to thank me for my business, and to see if I was enjoying the car. I replied and told him of my frustration but never heard from him again.

Overall, it was a pretty good experience. Car dealers are car dealers, and I generally have an expectation of some snake-oil sales techniques, but was pretty happy to not have that here. That may be because my sale was mostly done through electronic communications, so take it for what its worth. There was some showroom machismo and a moderate competitive atmosphere amongst the other salesmen, and a couple of mostly benign comments about female customers or drivers.

My Review of David Hobbs Honda:
Looking for a 2011 honda Fit Sport and not many dealerships had them in stock. On our way to campground for the weekend and decided to check out dealership per recommendation of my significant other. Experience was very good. Our sales rep, Fred didn't pressure me in any way and just offered his opinion which was very helpful to me. Thanks for placing me in a 2010 Red Honda Fit sport...I LOVE IT!
