My Review of David O'Neal Saab:
Purchased a used car from this dealership May 25th. Paid cash for the car, but a lien was placed on the car, and the title sent to the finance company.

I have spent the past month trying to rectify this situation. 3 detailed telephone messages left have been unanswered. A telephone conversation with the salesman, Rick Pedersen, was totally ignored. I finally had to go to the dealership, and was told the title would be returned and signed over to me. That was over a week ago, and still no title, no contact from dealership.

I have been treated like roadkill by this dealership from the moment I drove the car off the lot, that is why I can't give them anything more than a "1" rating. Customer service, quality of work and friendliness are all non-existant, leading to a very poor overall customer experience. The car functions (so far, I'm keeping my fingers crossed!) so they get a "2" for pricing.

My Review of David O'Neal Saab:
The Sales Division at David O'Neal Saab is great as are the Service Attendents that you deal with when servicing your vehicle. The Managment at David O'Neal seems to not be providing the necessary tools to these service guys to compete with other car's in this vehicle class (Acura, BMW...). Ordering the incorrect parts, having no parts in there inventory to fix the problems asap, always having to go there twice to resolve vehicle issues, once to diagnose the issue and then again to get it fixed after the part has been ordered, 2 Loaner cars for Saab which are always out (not enough for there clients), not washing the cars after servicing them, and having parts on backorder for vehicles that are still with in there 3 year 36,000 mile free servicing period. These are all things that should be a rare occurance for a LUXURY vehicle, unfortunately at David O'Neal this is not the case from my experience it happens very often.
