I had been texting back and forth with their supposed "Jade" on a vehicle they had in stock. I let "Jade" know that I was on my way and when I would arrive. I guess they didn't feel the need to verify that the vehicle was available prior to me wasting my time driving over. Customer service is top notch! Only person we found that was not very courteous was the cashier, Ciara {sp?}. She openly chomped on her gum, was curt & rude to my wife - this was not the 1st time dealing with her & she displayed the same arrogant attitude previously to myself. Only time she even smiled was when the boss came around. Amy on the other hand was a very nice, respectful plus a joy to speak with; kudos to Amy.
