"Oil change "

"100,000 miles"

Matt and his team have done a great job at servicing our Taurus. It is about to hit 100,000 miles and it still runs as well as it did when we bought it. Hard to beat a well maintained Ford. Don't worry Woody, we will be back when it is time to replace this one.

My car had a recall on a part and Matt called to schedule an appointment which was convenient for me to bring my car in. I moved to Pontiac so I was given a loner car to use until my car was done. The service was fast and excellent. Great work to the technician who serviced my car.

Small oil leak found on axle during the routine The Works oil change. Parts orderd and repaired under warr with no problems. What other dealer would take care of somthing you cant see under warr. Great home town service. Thanks Matt and the Techs that caught and fixed our car before it became a problem.

Our Friends at DeLong Ford do more than just sell you a car. They continue the great service. It was a pleasure to have our Escape serviced by professionals. No hidden charges or unapproved add ons.
