Did not pay sales tax to the state! Deal 'N Doug's is currently out of business. I purchased a vehicle in April of 2014 and never received my license plate once the temporary tag expired Deal 'N Doug's is currently out of business. I purchased a vehicle in April of 2014 and never received my license plate once the temporary tag expired. After several phone calls, I found out that owner Doug Turner basically closed up the business overnight and did not pay the state ANY of the sales taxes that WE had already paid for. Three months later, we are still fighting to get even another temporary tag and the state now says that we owe more money because of Deal 'N Doug's shady business practices. The office of motor vehicles also stated that 29 other people also had this done to them by Deal 'N Doug's/Doug Turner. Stay far away from this man and any business he is associated with. More

To me THAT IS VERY POOR BUSINESS! If he would informed me that they would take so long to pay it off I would of gladly paid the note for that month!! VERYYYY DISAPPOINTED AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE!! And I WILL INFORM EVERYONE I KNOW OF HIS POOR SERVICE!! More

Me and my wife traded in a vehicle over 2 months ago, and the balance of that vehicle has yet to be paid off as promised by the dealership. The dealership promises the world when I was buying however when I walked in the next day for something, it seemed as if they had no idea who I was. 4 months after I purchased a car, I've found numero however when I walked in the next day for something, it seemed as if they had no idea who I was. 4 months after I purchased a car, I've found numerous problems that they won't cover. Oddly enough, either will the extended warranty that they swore would cover everything. So I'm basically stuck with $3,000 worth of repairs on a car I just bought from them. Additionally, a simple repair they promised to complete during the purchase is still not done. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. More

Horrible I went to the lot because I had to see the 2004 TL that was listed for $6000 . So I got there and the car was full of scratches, peeling paint where there was a small dent and the inside was VERY TL that was listed for $6000 . So I got there and the car was full of scratches, peeling paint where there was a small dent and the inside was VERY dirty and it had 168000 miles. That's why the said it was priced so low and there was nothing wrong under the hood. We did a test drive and determined the car ran good but desperately needed a front that we got as soon as we left the lot. We found out the rims were cracked, I brought it to acura who told me I need a new power steering pump and inner tie rods. So I had my family mechanic do my tie rods then he advised me I need a front motor mount and the valve covers need to be change. So now I'm disgusted I call the dealer who advised me to bring in to their auto shop for a quote. It's was over $900 because all 3 mounts need replacing and the valve covers to fix the engine leak, well dealing Doug's now say that's not under warranty and they won't help with a penny. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE . My spare tire had a puddle of water under it but they claim they don't sell flooded cars. BAD BUSINESS!!! More

I would not send anyone to them, but I also would not stop anyone from going to them. Based on my experience with company once they have your money, the vehicle you purchase is of no concern to them anym stop anyone from going to them. My rotar and brake went out the very same day of purchase and I was told by salesman and owner tough luck. At the time of purchase they were advertising free gas. I was told it just ended. I am from out of town so my money order was already made out to deal n Doug before I arrived, they were waiting on me throughout the day to arrive for pick up, when I get there the suv was absolutely nasty but they continued to call me to call the bank to make sure my money order was good. The company really needs too treat people how they want to be treated, you never know you could be entertaining an angel. I wish the company all the blessing they desire. Went into Deal N' Doug's Autoplex last week to look at a Jeep Commander and was initially seen by a used car sales person whom did not appear to be straight up with us. Went back on 10/25/12 & was met by us Jeep Commander and was initially seen by a used car sales person whom did not appear to be straight up with us. Went back on 10/25/12 & was met by used car salesman Scott Robert. I found him to be very pushy and trying to rush me into signing paperwork. Not good business ethics on his part which gives a bad reputation for the business he works for. Well, an agreement was made & the vehicle was purchased. However, unfortunately we discovered on the following day that the rear driver side door handle assembly was broken to which we had overlooked in our initial inspection. A call was made to Scott on 10/29/12 explaining what was discovered and wanting to know what they were gonna do about it seeing that the door handle assembly was already broken before we even took possession. His response was I could go to the Jeep dealer and purchase a replacement. Not a satisfactory answer as I believe they knew the problem previously existed & maybe did not wish to replace it as I discovered that the whole door panel has to be replaced (at a cost of $497.00) from the Jeep dealer. How could they have not known of this problem when they first got the vehicle on their lot as I am sure they thoroughly inspected the vehicle? Although Mr. Robert vehemently tried to brush off my concern I asked that he call me back with a satisfactory solution other than his otherwise unconcerned solution. I'll be surprised if he does call me back. Well, to say the least this was not a pleasant experience in the end. Be careful and do your homework before dealing with this company. I would suggest potential buyers look elsewhere. More

My overall experience with Deal N Dougs was excellent. My BMW was in excellent shape and I got it at a good price. I was hoping to get a better deal but I am happy with the quality of my car.
