Reason for Visit: Sales

I recommend this dealer: No

My Review of Dean Team:
These guys represent the stereotypical amoral, unethical car dealer. They promise you everything and seem very reasonable until it's time to deliver when they refuse to honor their word. They try to bully and trick you into paying for things you didn't ask for and don't need. For instance as I was signing the papers there was a mysterious $1200 extra charge in the total and I asked what it was for. They then explained that it was the extended warranty that I had signed off on. It turns out that amongst the many papers I needed to sign, one of them was for a warranty. When the paper was presented to me they said that is was just a general form saying nothing about there being cost associated with it. Needless to say I asked for the paper and voided my signature and didn't pay the extra fees. These people are scum.

I recommend this dealer: No

My Review of Dean Team:
There is nothing positive that can be said about them. Their salesmen are pushy, rude, and they will say anything to get you to buy. Their cars are way over priced. I purchased the same car somewhere else, and it was a year newer, half the miles, leather upholstery, moon roof, premium audio, auto, and looked nicer, their car had none of those options. Their car was basically a base model of the same car and they wanted $5000 more. I was stupid enough to go back again a different time with my girlfriend when she was looking for a car and it was a different salesman and he was just as bad, maybe worse. She drove a 4 door and I sat in the back because the dealer jumped in the front. Some dealerships don't even ride with you, and it can be annoying to have them pester you while driving. While on the test drive the salesman was talking about the manual shift mode of the automatic and he slamed it down to 3rd from 5th. I didn't think that was a good thing to do to the car, and that shows how they care for their merchandise. Also, it potentially could have been very unsafe, if there was someone behind us. The back door on the driver side of the car would not open from the inside, maybe a problem with the lock, and he acted like I just didn't know how to open a door. While we drove the car it was obvious that he only cared about selling the car, he didn't care enough to be nice though. He kept pronoucing my name wrong, it isn't a common name but I would have a hard time believing he hadn't heard it before, and he kept saying something about my girlfriend being in pesticide sales. I have no idea where that came from she is in the medical field and we told him that more than once. PLEASE do not waste your time and money at this dealership at least not your money, their inventory is way overprised.
