Terrible I bought my new truck and had not received my spare key. I was promised someone would get back to me within a few days to personally bring my spare ke I bought my new truck and had not received my spare key. I was promised someone would get back to me within a few days to personally bring my spare key to me when the employee who carries the spare keys comes back to work. I waited a couple days and no phone call. Called spoke to a manager and they said they would call me back, two days later still no phone call. So I called and spoke to the representative Jason that I worked with and he said he had to do further research to find the status of the key. (One week after I bought my new truck I finally got the answer.) He called me back and said they never had a spare key and they would have to replace it. Left a voicemail for him and he never got back. So I had to call once again and now I have to take time out of my day to go back to Deery for them to get me a new replacement. Never want to do business here again worst customer service experience. More
