My Review of Delon Honda:
Awful customer service, sweet as sugar when we were there to by a new car which is to be expected. We agreed to terms and made a small down payment on a car which they needed to order. They called us back later that evening and told us they had made a mistake on the price they quoted us (which we knew), they had used the MSRP from a lower priced model by mistake (which we knew) and wanted to renegotiate. Not wanting to be bad folks we went ahead and let them make us a new deal, still a good deal but not as good as before...duh. They told us that one was being built that week and that they would keep us posted on what was going on with it. After not hearing from them for a couple of weeks we called them and got the run-around. We went into the dealership over a month after our initial visit to see what was going on and they showed us paperwork that 'proved' that they had our car on the way, except that the 'ordered on' date was a month later than the actual day we made the original agreement...they never really ordered our car. How come we knew how much the car should cost but none of them did? How come they didn't order the car? Who knows? Bummer...finally ordered our car from a different dealer with better service.
