My Review of Dennis Dillon Auto Park:
The car we purchased from Dennis Dillon Auto Park, was misrepresented by the dealer and salesman, and we feel we are victims of consumer fraud.

All signed paperwork we received (from them), with the exception of the ' retail order for motor vehicles' and ' TheftMark Security label system #tmd33019341' indicate the car we purchased to be a 2007 Nissan Murano AWD (all wheel drive). When in fact the car we have in our possesion is a 2007 Nissan Murano FWD (front wheel drive).

The 2 documents above do not indicate whether it's an AWD or FWD . We made it clear to the salesman on our first visit there we wanted an AWD.

We have already filed complaints with the BBB of Idaho (which Dennis Dillon is not a member of), the Attorney General's office, Federal Trade Commission, Nissan of America and finally with Idaho Transportation Dept (DMV).

Currently we are awaiting the outcome of the investigation by the Idaho Transportation Dept (DMV).

My Review of Dennis Dillon Auto Park:
They are, collectively, the epitome of the stereotypical used car salesman.

This should be their next ad...
Buy Your Next Car Here!
- Zero Integrity
- Zero Ethics
- Bad Business Practices
- Inflated prices

The ad said they had cars for as low as $5,000. There was exactly zero cars available for anything near that low.

I asked if they would include a keyless entry device; a very inexpensive add on for the car I selected, which may have been included from the factory. They said it wasn't possible to add that option to the car. Only after signing the contract did I find it is possible, but they had a signed contract (signed under the pretense that it wasn't possible to add a keyless entry device) and there was no way they would cover the cost; the very low cost considering I paid their full asking price for the vehicle. Clearly, they will tell you anything to get you to sign the contract and get you out the door. What they won't do is exercise due diligence to find honest answers to your questions. They hide behind a contract that protects only them. They won't research questions, tell you where you can get parts, offer honest recommendations, or anything else that might lead you to believe they care about future business or the good of their employer...or maybe this is the kind of people Dennis Dillon wants working for him. Either way, I'll never buy another car there!

My Review of Dennis Dillon Auto Park:
Every time i Have enterd into their service department i have been treated rudely and even managers do not give me any respect and they will tell you one thing and then change it later. first time i had my oil changed they left my brand new car out side with the windows down while it was raining all of the electrical controls on the door panel were soaked and the second time i had my car serviced i found cigarette butts on my floor board and my husband and i do not smoke.

My Review of Dennis Dillon Auto Park:
A friend of mine purchased a new car at the Big Lot. The car came with a 100,000 mile/ 7 year factory warranty. The sales staff pressured my friend into also purchasing a service contract for 100,000 miles/6 years. I would like to know what the purpose of this extra $1695.00 is, but no one at the dealership can tell us. I asked for the general manager and was transferred (twice) to someone who is on vacation all week. Seems to be a serious lack of knowledge at this dealership. Last time I visited the dealership, there was some poor lady crying her eyes out because they sold her a car that self-destructed, and they were yelling at her that it wasn't their fault. Not a dealership that I'd want to visit ever again!!!

Reason for Visit: Sales

I recommend this dealer: No

My Review of Dennis Dillon Auto Park:
At first visit the sales staff seemed very friendly and helpful to make a sale. I was told the used vehicle I bought was completely checked out and serviced and in great condition with no mechanical problems. After a few hours of driving this vehicle it overheated. I found out the next day after the purchase that the engine head gaskets were blown allowing the radiator anti freeze to leak into the engine oil. The mechanic who made the diagnosis informed me that the condition had existed for quite a period of time and that when the oil was changed when serviced this condition would have been evident. I feel the dishonesty of the dealer violates good faith in customer trust and demonstrates only greed. Though I signed a form of "as is" I was lead to believe the car was in excellent condition but because it was a used vehicle this form is standard. Buyers beware of any dealings on used vehicles from this dealership or having customer trust. No integrity
