My Review of Devon Hill BMW:
Brought car in for brakes and drove 10 miles and found puddle of antifreeze under car. Of course "they didnt do it". Cost $600 so far for "cracked tank". Crack was about 1/4" long and I could hardly see it. How could 1/2 gal of antifreeze pour thru here when I tried replacing it. They are lying about something. After they "fixed" that problem had to bring in again about 1 week later because antifreeze is still disappearing. This time not under car. I am writing corporate to resolve and maybe my lawyer.

My Review of Devon Hill BMW:
Took my 2000 M5 in for routine inspection. Wanted service to look at satin finish fading on the M rims, they did not want the service manager to take any of his time to look. Really got the impression they didnt want to do any extra warranty work; they just wanted to get through my order ticket. Sad, really considering this is a $75K vehicle. Waited 2 hours for an oil change even though I requested the first morning appointment.

My Review of Devon Hill BMW:
Extremely unknowledgeable staff (but to be fair, I think he was new--too new to be on the floor). I barely knew anything about the car, but I still knew vastly more than he did. Misinformed on many questions. On test drive, he slammed on the brakes (to demonstrate EBD) without telling me first, sending me and my purse flying, all of its contents spilling ALL over the interior. Wouldn't budge on price. Lied to about invoice (not by a few dollars, but by over $1000). He did follow up, which I appreciated. He was also exceedingly polite. As some advice, tell someone you don't know something... don't just make up an answer, especially not the WRONG answer! Nice showroom and facility.
