The place sucks. The used car salesman Ron Gignac was a rude guy. I was looking for a car under $4000 and he was telling me that cars like that are a piece of s--t and that he sells cars $12000 and above. He didn't care about selling me a car and told me that if I found a great car for $4000, I should go there. Great customer service! He wouldn't give me the keys to test the cars and claimed he didn't know where the cars were. He was doing this to get me to leave. When I told him he was rude and I'm leaving, he said "Have a good day" and that was it. No apology or didn't try to show me other cars. Screw Dick Genthe!

Excellent service and excellent employees! From the used car lot where I traded in my car to the new one where I got my new car, it was all great! This is my dealership I'm going to from now on!

I went to genthe looking for a hard car and I was greeted by a young man who was very outgoing and had great customer service right off the bat I didn't realize how many used vehicles the used car department had and Tim was very patient and helpful while i was looking for the best car that fit both myself and my family he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about (you don't always see that ) Not only did I have a great experience buying my new car the "new" dealership is beautiful I will be sure ti tell all my family friends and do workers to go NO WHERE BUT dick genthe to see TIM EUBANKS thanks again Tim you did a great job I've never met any salesman like you see you in the future that's for sure.

What a great experience for my first time buying a new car. I went in to the dealership with an exact price i wanted to spend along with the car i wanted down to all the options and Tim Eubanks made it happen. There were no cars in Michigan that had everything I was requesting and Tim found one in Chicago and took an entire day out his busy schedule to drive to Chicago and pick up the exact car I wanted. What a great experience. Will do my business with Dick Genthe in the future and refer to my friends. Thanks for the great camaro it's awesome.

Going to Dick Genthe Chevorlet was my first time going to a dealer to purchase a car. I felt welcomed by Tim Eubanks. He was extremely helpful, knowledgable of the vechicles, and respectful. The large inventory selection made it easier for my sales person to select a vechicle that fit my needs and wants. i have purchased so far 2 used cars from ron at dick genthe, with plans of possible more, first dealer i've gone to and did not feel pressured in to buying a vehicle i did not want, and no worrys of double checking over the vehicle to see if the vehicle is really what they say it is, our saleman ron gignac is a upstanding honest and trustworthy guy which is a hard quality to find especially being in that line of work, i believe in ron and dick genthe so much i've sent friends and family to see him and not 1 complaint all had good reports on their shopping experiences, will go nowhere else except to see ron gignac, if he leaves dick genthe which im sure he wont but if he does i will be sure to follow.
