The awesome experience I had at Dick Hanna last week was made possible by Tibi Iovu. He took the time to listen to all my needs and address all my questions. He helped me to narrow down my initial choices to the one that was best for me. His honesty and sincerity were surprising to me. Not what I’d expect from a ‘car salesman’. Way to go, Tibi! I was there the other day and Billejean helped me buy a vehicle. Other dealers that I had been to were pushy and didn't listen to me. Billejean really listened and I got something that I liked and could still afford. I wish I had gone there in the first place. It sure would have made me feel better about the whole car buying experience. I won't make that mistake twice!

My experience turned out much better than I had thought it would be. I was looking at vehicles but I didn't think that I would actually be purchasing one. Ather Munson was very friendly and helpful through the whole process. He was very down to earth and he treated me with respect, unlike the typical pushy, salesman personality type. He didn't lay any pressure tactics and he didn't try to stick me with a car that I wouldn't have liked. He understood that I wanted a quality car with a reasonable price. That's exactly what I got! Although the car I purchased was no longer under warranty, I feel good about Dick Hannah doing the best that they can to do a check on their vehicles and to inform the customers of the items that need to be addressed. Depending on what it is, they will repair it. If they don't repair it, they will list the things that are wrong and give an estimate as to how much it may cost for the buyer to have it done.

I really enjoyed my experience with Ather and the rest of the crew that I met at the Dick Hannah Budget Lot! Thanks for all your assistance!

As used car dealers go, Dick Hannah does have a nice selection of cars, but like most used car dealers they are a bit heavy handed, pushy and trained to not take no for an answer.

I would have rated them a lot higher in the customer service area if they had respected me enough to let me leave when I told them I was ready to go. Had I not been so pressured I would have probably looked around at other options through other dealers.

I like my car, it's a good vehicle, the price was fair and they were able to finance me even though I am credit challenged, so on the whole I should feel good about it, but the whole rigamarole left a bad taste in my mouth. Especially when my sales person brought in her manager who promised me the moon and the stars (which I knew he couldn't deliver)if I would just stay and keep looking for a car. He even offered me and my boyfriend a weekend at a coastal hotel near the Casino if I would just look at a particular car. Well, I bought a car that day, yet I didn't walk out of there with a hotel voucher and it was never brought up again. It was a cheap sales ploy and frankly it made me feel a bit dirty.

My sales person Billie Jean Leffler was a nice young women, very friendly and competent.
