My experience with Dick Hannah was great. I started the on-line process sunday evening, test drove a vehicle monday night, and actually the saleman delivered my vehicle to me on tuesday, all the same week. The experience was painless and quick. My salesman was quite professional as well as with a personal side. I would recommend him to family/friends. Customer service was great!

I had the best car buying experience at Hannah Chrysler/Jeep in Vancouver. Working with Scott, and Curtis was absolutely amazing. Scott was very helpful and friendly, he knew what I wanted and did not pressure me in to buying a car I could not afford. I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a new car to visit this dealership, as they take the pressure off of buying a car. My husband and I are expecting our third child and needed a larger vehicle for the occasion. We found a vehicle that we liked, test drove it, and took a day to think about the decision. We were never pressured into buying the vehicle and were given the time we needed to make a quality decision for our family.

Curtis, in Finance, was very respectful and efficient at his job. It didn't take very long to sign the papers and take our new vehicle home.

The vehicle was being cleaned as we were in finance as well. We appreciated the fact that it was clean and ready to go as we finished the paperwork part of things.

Overall, I found the sales people to be very friendly and the service to be outstanding.

I had just moved to the area and needed a car for the family. They helped me find just the right car at just the right price (very cheap). And every used car comes with a 6 month/6,000 mile warranty which I've never heard of before.
