i went through the vip corporate program at my job. not knowing if i was going to be approved or not. and they made me feel comportabe in giving it a shot. so i did, and came out with a used 05 sebring which i love do death. ive never owned my own car and it feels great. they treated me wonderful and made sure all my questions were answered. thanks

My time spent at there Honda store was pleasant. At first we talked to some new guy, he was nice but really didn't understand what we wanted, but promised to call us back. Chris Taylor called instead. He apologized and helped us find a few cars that sounded good. He set us up with an easy going guy who let us check out any car we want. We didn't feel pressured or forced to look something we didn't want to, it was kind of nice. We decided to keep our truck, but we'll be back.

I had a great experience at D*ck Hannah Honda due to Scott Doyle in the VIP department. He is very courteous, friendly, patient and knowledgable. There was absolutely no pressure to buy at all. I was treated with a great amount of respect and I was the most important person there. I bought the car over the weekend and therefore had to take it back in on Monday to have accessories put on and Scott was there to greet me, walk me to get my rental car and be available for anything else I may need. Scott has made me feel very compfortable and any time I called him with questions he never made me feel like I was burdening him. I also want to add that the finance department was very helpful as well.

My husband and I bought a 2008 Honda Accord last month and just love the car. We test drove it at a local dealership and then went on line and asked five separate dealerships for quotes. Dick Hannah in Vancouver had the best deal and in addition to the best price, they offered a great benefit called "customer for life." The salesman, Saeed Anwar, was the best salesman I have ever come across. Even though the dealership was about 25 miles away and in another state, I called Saeed at 8:00 p.m. on a Friday night to say that we would like to accept Dick Hannah's quote and would like to meet him at the dealership that night. We arrived about 9:00 p.m. and the car was sitting in front of the dealership waiting for us. Saeed greeted us and explained all the features of the car. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and we made the deal that night, but wanted a spoiler added to the trunk of the car and since it was so late Friday night and they had to order the part, we decided to take the car for the weekend and bring it back Monday night so they could install the part on Tuesday. When the car was completed on Tuesday, Saeed delivered the car to us at our house, 25 miles from the dealership. He also helped us program the hands free phone link and the navigation system. Then a few days later I called him in frustration about the navigation system (it would not recognize my voice commands) and he came over again after work and explained in more detail how to use it correctly. He was very knowledgeable and helped a lot. I feel that Saeed went way above and beyond to make sure that we were happy customers. I would highly recommend Dick Hannah dealership and Saeed Anwar as a salesman. Saeed and the dealership will certainly make you feel like a VIP.

My wife had finally had enough of her Ford Mustang because it was a stick. Having purchased cars the last 50 years I figured I was in for the run around like last time. I was pleasantly suprised when my wife and I dealt with Titan at Dick Hannah Honda! He wasn't the same old car salesman, in fact he was a very mature young man more interested in finding something that would suit my wife's needs and that she liked! He personally took the time to drive us through the entire auto mall and look at every option we could of imagined.

We saw none of the high pressure salesman tricks, Titan even let us go home and do our research. We still ended up coming back and making a great deal on my wife's new 350z! I highly recommend Titan if you are interested in a vehicle as he provided us our easiest and best experience ever buying a car.

Kevin Kooistra, our salesman, was very helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions, even questions about other makes and models! We purchased a 2008 Honda CR-V and will be back to buy an Odyssey soon! I recommend Kevin Kooistra to be your salesman if you want someone honest, knowledgeable and to the point. He doesn't beat around the bush! As a wife and mother, I don't have time for salesmen who upsell; Kevin knew what I was looking for and stuck to my price range. Thanks!

Thank you Nora thank you Eddie!!! If you shopping around on the web for a great car at a great price and great customer service is high on your list search no further. I'm sure I found two of the greatest salesman and woman on earth. No more then a minute after hitting the submit button on the edmunds website, Nora gave me a call now that was quick, and I must say impresive. She answered and addressed all of my concerns and questions and I never once felt like I was being horsed around with, like a few other dealers that contacted me the same day. I was so impressed that I agreed to vist thier Honda store the same day. I was greeted by Sieed but I call him eddie (easier for me) I loved his sence of humor and again never once did I feel like I was being jerked around . I bought my new Accord in less then 3 hours, this is a process that I thought would have taken an entire week to figure out, but thanks to these two fine salepeople they made this the easiest buying experience ever.
