Excellent no hastle experience. The negotiations wer straight forward and I feel I got the deal I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. The financing department was very helpful in securing competitive financing. I look forward to the same positive experience with their service department.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased through Dick Hanna Honda.

I found a used Accord online and called in. Kevin was polite and courtesy. He had the car ready for me for our appointment. Although this accord wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, I left without any pressure tactics from the staff. It took 3 trips, but I finally found the CRV I love.

Great personality and Great patients. Scott is the man to deal with! This is my second car from Dick Hannah Honda. I wouldn't buy from anyone else in the metro area. I go thru cars like most people go through shirts :) and you cannot find any better that Scott and Dick Hannah Honda.

You don't always have to buy to have a good experience. If you are in search for a honest salesperson search no further, I personally have found one in Nora Smith, she is part of DickHannahs internet department and I'm sure they are proud and very lucky to have her as an employee. Don't make the same mistake I did and buy from the first dealer that calls you, buy from the the dealer or person you trust and feel most comfortable with, and don't forget shop around! Thanks again Nora for your help, we will keep you in mind for our next purchase.

They were courteous, helpful and, with a minimum of fuss, got me driving off the lot in a brand new Civic Hybrid. In economic times as these it makes good sense to shop locally. i went through the vip corporate program at my job. not knowing if i was going to be approved or not. and they made me feel comportabe in giving it a shot. so i did, and came out with a used 05 sebring which i love do death. ive never owned my own car and it feels great. they treated me wonderful and made sure all my questions were answered. thanks

My time spent at there Honda store was pleasant. At first we talked to some new guy, he was nice but really didn't understand what we wanted, but promised to call us back. Chris Taylor called instead. He apologized and helped us find a few cars that sounded good. He set us up with an easy going guy who let us check out any car we want. We didn't feel pressured or forced to look something we didn't want to, it was kind of nice. We decided to keep our truck, but we'll be back.
