He was understanding to my needs and met all my requirements Very knowledgable about product and conducted the sale in a professional and courtious manner. I will be back in the future. My Review of Dick Hannah Subaru:
We went in to buy a new Subaru Forrester. My boyfriend really liked the car after checking things out on the internet and going for a test drive. We had a very friendly salesperson, and everything seemed like a good experience. When we sat down to do a deal, the salesperson put out a form with the price $1800 over the sticker price. He explained this was so the dealer could make a profit. Unbelievable! I knew my boyfriend would not negotiate the price and would pay full sticker price, but adding on and saying that was normal was unbelievable. I decided not to jump in on the negotiations as I figured we would deal down on that for sure. From this point it was all slick talk and double talk, including constant chatter to us so we had no time to talk alone together. I didn't even realize what was happening until it was all done and we were on our way home. We both felt like we had been screwed royally. They even made my boyfriend initial a part on the contract that said we could not cancel the contract. We will definitely be spreading the word among our family and friends about the slimy double talking salespeople at the Dick Hannah Subaru dealership in Vancouver.

My Review of Dick Hannah Subaru:
Megan was extremely thorough and helpful, along w/being great to work with. She answered or found answers to all of my questions even ones I hadn't asked!. John was the one who went through all the paperwork ( I do not remeber his last name) and he was akso very thorough with his explanations. I most definely will recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. And we will be contacting Megan for our auto needs too. Thank you again.
