Purchased a 2007 Dodge Caliber and found the staff and help to be outstanding. No pressure. No tricks. Just good friendly service and assistance. The financing was a breeze and the environment of the lobby was like a comfortable coffee shop. We couldn't be happier! Special thanks to Robert Garrett for being such a great sales consultant.

I looked for dealerships in a few Washington cities and also used a number of auto search websites - Dick Hannah in Vancouver regularly came up with good options in my price range. The service was efficient and they have a wide range or cars to allow you to get a feeling for the market. I never left pressured to go for a specific make or model and the pricing was transparent. The sales floor has free internet for checking out Kelly Blue Book which reassures you on the sale price. I am now the happy owner of a VW Jetta; thank you Robert and team at Dick Says Yes!

My recent experience with Dick Hannah was unquestionably the best time I've ever had buying a car. I applied online and was contacted within just a few hours by Rachel to get things rolling. Rachel was completely responsive to all my questions, even picking out a salesperson to work with me and having him contact me directly. My salesperson was Jake Adams. Not only was Jake friendly and informative, he actually made buying my car a FUN experience. Jake showed me several cars that were within the price range I was looking for and was completely no-pressure the entire time. When I fell in love with the last car I drove, we told the sales manager Reuben and were literally out the door with all paperwork signed in under an hour. I've never seen a dealership work so seamlessly and pay such attention to what their customers are looking for in a vehicle.

Overall, working with Dick Hannah was great - but working with Jake was phenomenal. He was honest, straightforward and hilarious. I can honestly say that I trust Jake; how often can anyone say that about a used car salesman?

I live in Beaverton but will gladly make the drive to Vancouver to work with Dick Hannah (and more specifically Jake) the next time I need a new vehicle. They have definitely made me a customer for life.

My mom told me to go to Dick Says Yes to buy a car because everyone is super nice. I didn't want to go because I don't have bad credit. She said you don't have to have bad credit so I walked in and was approached right away but I hate that. So I told the guy I'll come to him when I need him. He left me alone! Can you believe that? So then I asked for his help. His name was Rock Sobeck and he was really nice. He had to leave at one point so then Edgar came to help me. Both guys were awesome and before I knew it, I was driving away! Thanks guys! Sorry it took so long to write this! I was busy riding around!

I've had a few bad experiences with other local dealers that treated me as if I was a bankrupt debtor (despite the fact my current credit report shows 8 accounts all rated perfect). So I decided to call Dick Hannah and they were great! I submitted my initial app online, and literally got a call back in 60 seconds from Rachel who was very courteous. I made an appointment for that same evening, went in, and my experience continued to get better. Although I wasn't able to secure the financing rate I wanted at that moment, I was still financed and treated like a person, not a number. I bought a pre-owned car that was in better condition than many of the "Certified" pre-owned cars I viewed at other dealers. It had low miles, was in great condition, and the price was pretty fair for what I got. As someone who works in a customer service and finance based business, I can say hands down that Dick Hannah is the place to go if you're tired of the "usual" car buying game.

We had been jerked around by several car dealerships before we went to Dick Hannah. We had been told that we should give up on trying to get a car right now because of a credit score. We went to Dick Hannah and they did everything they could to get us a car. We worked with the same sales people everytime we came in, and they did what they could to be honest with us about options, and didnt waste our time.

I shopped many places but kept coming back to Dick Says Yes. The pricing on the vehicle was most important to me as I did not want to be upside down too much. They offer a product that is worth the money!I had trouble the next day but the service department took care of us.

I would like to take the opportunity to comment on my experience at Dick Hannah.
I came in to Dick Hannah not really expecting to be driving home with a new car but to my surprise things worked out differently. I must say I am truly enjoying my new Mitsubishi. You and your staff were very courteous and help full.
However now that I have had a few days to drive and inspect my car a bit closer I have discovered a few things that have left me feeling less then confident about the integrity of your dealership. To my surprise I have discovered 3 different makes of tires.
There are new Firestone's on the rear, right front is a worn Yokohama and left front is a new Fuzion. Its obvious that you attempted to replace the tires but failed to complete the job. I find this to be very tacky of your dealership to sell a car in this condition. Also in my findings I have discovered a warped break drum. I understand the meaning of an "As Is" sale how ever I do not understand knowingly selling a car that should have been inspected much more thorough before putting on the lot to sale. I find this to be unethical and an insult to my intelligence.

To be honest, I was afraid of looking at cars. I had been given the run around by other dealerships, and I was not in the mood to waste time again. I'm glad I gave Jeff Newell at Dick Hannah a chance! He is very straight forward, personable, and best yet, he is friendly. Throughout the whole process, Jeff Newell and Mike Alston handled everything with the uptmost professionalism. I was treated very well by everyone I encountered, which is not the "norm" when working with dealers that specialize in helping people with damaged credit. I give Dick Hannah an A++, and I will definitely reccommend them to my friends. Thanks!!

my car buying experience was long and drawn out, but still fantastic! Jeff Newell at dick says yes in vancouver, wa was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful, and with all the time we had to wait for the financing paperwork, he was happy to sit and just talk with me, I will be continuing my business with them in the future!
