We would rcommend this dealership and Michael Luneke to our family and friends anytime! He was very friendly, and he actually listened to exactly what we needed and wanted! It didn't feel like we were pushed into buying a car like it has felt with other car dealers we have been with in the past. We actually talked to him over the phone first, he was great at giving us all the information we needed!He was a very down to earth salesman!! We also really liked the boss at that dealership he was a very kind man also!

I worked with this dealership for the past two years. I believe that they did the best they could to work with and for me. I try to refer all my friends there and have even had people go there to buy. They were very appreciative. I always recommend them to ask for Kenny Nelson.

JUST AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE OVERALL!!!! KEN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE KIND OF VEHICLES WE WERE LOOKING AT. HE WAS OBVIOUSLY CONCERNED ABOUT OUR NEEDS & WANTS, NOT JUST HIS COMMISSION. GREAT PERSONALITY, HE ACTUALLY MADE BUYING A CAR FUN & NOT THE GRUELING PROCESS IT USUALLY IS.

Ken Nelson was willing to research what vehichles would work best with what we could afford and got us into a great car that we love. The staff at Dick Hannah are there to help you find, finance, and drive away in a high quality used car without breaking your bank account.

The sales team exceeded my expectations. In the past I felt that dealers were about moving as much product as possible, but Dick Hannah proved me wrong. They helped me pick a vehicle that would fit my needs and they were not pushy at all. They have a wide variety of inventory for all income levels. The call and trip were well worth my time.

I was so happy to have found Ken, he was very up front with us and listened to everything we said in what we were looking for.He was able to put the deal together for us and was with us the whole way through it.I would like to recommend Ken to Everyone and if there was a way for him to get a raise he should get one.

Josh Lane provided me with excellent customer service very friendly and easy to talk to. Very willing to explain and show you everything you need as a car buyer. I'd definitly reccomend him and all the staff at the Albany Dick Says Yes. Even from the website alone i was helped by just entering my email. They helped right from the start!

Everyone at this dealership was awesome! They were attentive and allowed me look for a car I knew I would be happy with. I was finally approved for a car I love, which was no easy feat. I am extremely happy with both the car and the price I paid for it.

Josh treated my wife and I very well. The guys at dick Hannah are good people; our credit is not that good but they never even batted an eye. We got approved and drove off in a nice truck. Josh was very professional and didn’t act like all other salesmen; He gave us courtesy and respect! I will be back for sure.
