My Review of Dick Horrigan BMW:
My wheel bearing went bad around 40K miles - still under warranty. I was quoted a price of $480 to replace 1 wheel bearing in the back.
Went and got quotes from West German, Otto's and Sun Motors all well under the Dick Horrigan quoted price. Ended up getting it fixed at Sun Motors for $192.
I confronted them with it and they tried to lower their quote. They pad their estimates so much - simply untrustworthy.
Have not gone back to them since although there's plenty of work they can do under the warranty. Not worthy of my business. Also reported them to BMW.

Be careful when dealing with them. Get estimates from multiple parties to ensure you're getting a fair deal.

My Review of Dick Horrigan BMW:
Bought a CPO car. Sales department and salesman were good. Got a reasonable deal, but HAVE HAD PROBLEMS with the car. The problems got fixed, however the service problem was reluctant to do so or to admit any fault.

Service department is RUDE, not flexible, will NOT go out of their way in the least. They are closed on Saturdays. They don't take anything you say seriously, they treat you like a moron, and they have a serious shortage of loaners.

All of this has been for service under original warranty. We will not return for service, nor will we ever buy a car from them again.

ALSO: they claim they wash your car after a service (it's on their website, see for yourself). They have never done this for us before.
