Mr. DeNittis, was extremely helpful and friendly. He assisted us in locating a vehicle that met our needs. All of the options and financial parameters were on the vehicle due to the professionalism and knowledge of Joe DeNittis. The vehicle that we selected had an odor of cigarette smoke in it. Joe made sure the vehicle was in perfect condition when we received it.

We previously owned a 2000 GMC Yukon Denali SUV which was beginning to show its age. I have been using this dealer's service department for some time, with excellent customer service, so my first thought was to try them first while buying my new vehicle. I'm glad I did. The buying experience was better than I expected it to be. Their sales rep first spent time talking to me and my wife to understand what we were looking for in our new vehicle. Then when he understood our needs and our budget, he proceeded to discuss our options. Finally we test drove various vehicles until we found the one that we thought would best serve our needs. Finally, they suggested that we take the vehicle home overnight so that we could give it a good test drive without the salesman distracting us. We took him up on this suggestion. They gassed up the vehicle and we drove it for the remainder of the day, then the next day we took it for another drive, this time on a highway. By the end of this test ride, my wife and I had made up our mind to buy this vehicle. We returned to the dealership later in the afternoon to work out the financing that would fit our budget and drove home with our new vehicle. I would have to rate our experience with this dealership as excellent. The sales staff is just as good as their service department staff, EXCELLENT! They made what could have been a very stressful event into a very joyful event in my life.

Good selection of vehicles. All the staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Dan King, the salesman that we dealt with, was a real, professional, no high pressure, just a friendly and knowledgeable. We paid a fair price for a really nice GMC Terrain.

I was looking for a certain truck and Dick Norris happen to have. I was in the process of purchasing my first home. In knowing this the dealership was very patient and understanding of my situation. My wife and I went to the dealer on 4/27/2013 to test drive a 2009 Ford Explorer that I had seen on the Internet. Joe Cappello sent me an e-mail the day before and asked me if I had any questions, and would I like a test drive. I called and set up a time. Joe met us at the door as we walked in, and had the car clean and ready to drive. We inspected the car and Joe answered all our questions. When we came back from the test drive, Joe had already appraised our trade in and we sat down to business. I was ready for a long drown out battle dealing with a salesmen, but to my surprise Joe gave me a great price on The Explorer and a fair trade in allowance for my old car. No pressure at all, and we had a deal done in less than 15 min. Thank you Joe.
Manny Fernandez the Business Mgr took care of all the paperwork and gave me my options for extended warranties etc. He didn't force me to buy anything, it was up to me if I wanted them. What a great & pressure free experience.

I was very happy with the way I was treated, and would Highly Recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy a car.

This was my second experience with Joe Cappello and Dick Norris GMC, the first was with my husband a couple months ago to purchase a pre-owned truck, the second time was when I was looking for a new vehicle. I had never really considered a GMC before but we had such a good experience the first time we were there that I really wanted to keep my business with them. I never felt pressured or over-sold at any time, in fact it was just the opposite. I told Joe what I wanted but thought I couldn't afford and he surprisingly was able to put me in a brand new car with most of my must-haves and still in my price range, and now I've got the nicest ride in town! Both times we have been there Dick Norris and his son Doug have both stopped in to chat with us and thank us for our business also. I don't think I can go any where else now!

One of the best leasing experiences we have ever had. Joe had the car we wanted and the price we wanted.
Joe was very professional and made us feel like we were important.We also got to meet the owner,who was a real gentelmen.
