My wife and I purchased 3 cars from this dealership. They are friendly, honest and go out of their way to help you in any way they can. Service is always done well, and they will make sure that all possible warranty work is covered by Lexus. They also do "many etras" that people at other dealers paid for. I would highly recommend this dealership.

We have always been treated with curiosity, whenever they gave an estimate of when our car would be completed it was on time.

My Review of Difeo Lexus:
I dealt with Joel Cohen at Ray Catena Lexus. I orgianlly called Greg from Difeo and his treatment of my family was terrible. He actually told me they can't compete with Ray Catena on their pricing. We were contact by Joel at Ray Catena through the internet. He is one of the internet sales people. We live near Cherry Hill, but his salemenship over the phone was great. We drove about 45 min away to get our car, and is was well worth it. When we picked our car up, Joel had all the paperwork ready and took care of everything himself. One his desk was the performer of the month trophy, so I asked him how many cars he has sold this year. As of July, he sold almost 200 cars and I honestly believe him. Our experince was great.

My Review of Difeo Lexus:
I am buying my third Lexus from Joe at Difeo this month. Of all the dealers I have ever dealt with these guys are in a class by themselves. Both Joe and George consistently go way above the call of duty to make sure I am a happy customer. I have numerous examples of how these guys have exceeded my already high expectations. As long as Difeo wants my business, and Joe and George (and their teams) are there to take care of me, I will be a customer for life! Difeo rocks!

My Review of Difeo Lexus:
Worst customer support for a Lexus service department in the entire state of NJ. Overall quality of work is 3 in a scale of 1-10. The 2 Toyota dealers around the same area provide much better service and customer support than this dealership. Visit them only if you don't care for your car or your time. Lexus is a great car. Lexus name and its customers deserve better dealerships and service departments than Difeo at Bound brook, NJ.

From timely appointments, loaners, and followups. Their service staff is second to none. They are a customer's dealership - They always go the extra yard for you.

My Review of Difeo Lexus:
These guys get it! Although I live 40 miles from this dealer - and there many closer dealers - this is customer service the way it is supposed to be. From the initial sales contacts to any subsequent maintenance it has been a real pleasure to deal with Difeo. After being turned away in an emergency by the dealer closest to my home (Lexus of Manhattan - boo, hiss!) Difeo helped me immediately. They have been helpful in getting me things I want (NAV upgrades, etc.) and insuring that my vehicles are always "perfect". No question that they go beyond the call of duty. I am completely spoiled by them. They get my highest possible recommendation.
