My Review of Dilawri BMW:
We bought two cars here, brand new. While the sales manager was excellent, the service department seem inept. They are extremely friendly, but we have presented them with seven valid problems since the summer of 2002, and none of them have been resolved to date (February 28, 2003). I have had to bring these matters to their attention at least three times EACH!<br>Great sales department, service department, while very helpful and friendly, don't get the job done.
