Between Adler Monteiro and Kleysson Braga, my experience with these guys was OUTSTANDING! I was in a pinch (because TOYOTA LEASING IS TERRIBLE!) and needed to unload my 2012 Venza as quickly as possible. Ugh, what a learning experience that ordeal was. However, on a random day my boyfriend and I popped by to see what they had here. Little did I know that they had such a HUGE selection of vehicles! I knew what specs I needed, but I wasn't inclined toward any specific make or model. I told Adler the specs and he worked soooo hard to show me only things with specs that I was looking for. Now this was a few months ago, so he was new(er) to the dealership. After much time searching, we were unable to come up with something in my price range (because this dealership also has some BEAUTIFUL high-end vehicles as well.) But then, Kleysson's tenacity kept us going and we were literally picking through everything that they had. As a fellow salesperson, I can't tell you how much I appreciated their knowledge of the cars, Kleysson's resourcefulness and Adler's extraordinary willingness to help me. I mean, talk about making a personal connection and being willing to go the extra mile! These guys were absolutely so willing to help me and that made me want to sign a deal with them. So we were doing another walk-through in the back of the lot, looking at a Lexus when Kleysson took my boyfriend to look at a Ford. I typically wasn't into Ford, but the Flex Fuel was definitely something I wanted. It didn't have leather seats, but Kleysson was willing to work with me on that and WOW AM I SO HAPPY!!!!!! I get in my car every day now, just so proud of my perfect vehicle that fits me so well. It's got the motor that I wanted, the beautiful factory leather seats, remote starter. Just everything I could possibly need, and nothing more that I won't use. To me, I know it was hard because I'm a picky person where I spend my money. But Adler and Kleysson truly cared about what was best for me and really put in the time and effort. I'm almost sad that I won't need another car for some time lol. But I'm sending everyone that I hear needs a car to these guys. They may be an hour from where I live, but I'll drive there any time to support a business with such ethical salesmen. Because that is hard to find these days. Big hugs for these guys!
